This new ski-in ski-out custom home was completed in August of 2016. The house has four plus luxurious bedrooms: There are two large master suites with king beds and attached bathrooms (one of the suites also has an adjacent kids' suite with a crib, toddler bed and single bed); a queen bed bedroom; and a bunk room with two full and two twin beds.
The home was built with entertaining in mind. There is an private outdoor hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, and two large living areas. The kitchen has a 36" dual fuel range, two quiet dishwashers and a large refrigerator, as well as a beverage fridge. The formal dining table fits 10 adults and kitchen nook table accommodates overflow.
The main floor has an open floor plan that is great for entertaining. This includes a living area with a beautiful gas fireplace, dining area, kitchen, breakfast nook and plenty of space to move around. On the main floor there is also a sitting room/study with french doors that can be closed for privacy. The heated 2-car garage allows easy entry in to the house. There are two full size sets of laundry machines. The whole home and garage have in-floor heat.

The house was fantastic. Very well stocked with amenities. You are within 30 minutes from many activities, so the location is perfect. And the pictures on the posting will never do the home justice. The view from the second floor patio is as good as the views in Estes Park, just incredible! the owner was very helpful and an excellent communicator. If we return to Granby, there is no where else I would rather stay.

Annual family ski trip

Could NOT have been happier with our stay. The property is absolutely amazing and by far the most accommodating for our kiddos (ages 8-14). Plenty close to ski in and out of and the most amazing views in our 5 years of coming to Grandby. We would all HIGHLY recommend. Every step along the process from booking to check out was smooth and easy!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great stay in Granby! The house has everything that we needed - all the kitchen tools, lots of towels, etc. The hot tub, pool table, ping-pong and board games kept the kids entertained for hours. The views from the back deck are the best in Granby Ranch - we also saw lots of wildlife and it was so peaceful. Toby was a great host as well, checking in with us before our stay and answering questions during. We love visiting Granby and will definitely be back!

Second Stay and fantastic stay again!

This was our family's second stay at this home and it was fantastic again. It is located on the mountain in Granby Ranch with ski trails literally below you. The home is incredibly nice and well appointed. It has heated floors, which is very nice in the cold weather. The host, Toby, is great and very responsive. I highly recommend this property!

Keeping up with the Iglesias’s

I’ve been coming to Granby Ranch since 1995 and always wanted to stay “up the mountain.” My wife and I usually stay in a condo but this year, we asked my in-laws to come with their niece and nephew. It was a surprise. I figured it was the right time to get a house for the week and boy was I right. Toby’s house was perfect!! So spacious and the kids stayed downstairs as if they had their own house. Everything about it felt like “home.” We will definitely book again! Thank you again, Toby.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - roughly 8700 elevation - fabulous vistas - split layout 2 bedrooms up and 2 down with main living in the middle level . Everything was more than provided for by the host. Excellent recommendations for eating and todo was also communicated by host.

Just what we needed

We had a terrific stay in Granby and this home made the trip! What a view, what a location! Additionally, this home could not have been better appointed, it had everything which made meal time, bed time (crib and pack-n-play) and the entire visit that much more relaxing knowing that anything we needed was there. Amazing house!!

This place is absolutely awesome. The views are breathtaking. The house is perfect for accommodating a large group, with plenty of room to spread out and have each persons own space, as well as open common spaces for all to gather. The kitchen was the best equipped and stocked kitchen I’ve ever stayed in. Lots of games and activities in the house kept the kids busy while not skiing. Located just one house away from the slopes made access incredibly easy to hop right on and off with no issues. Toby was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area, referring many things to do and places to go during our stay. Check in and check out was a breeze. First time to Granby Ranch, and will definitely return. Thank you so much for an excellent and unforgettable trip, and thank you for sharing your amazing home with my family.

Fantastic Family Ski Vacation

The house is actually *on* the mountain with ski trails above, below and around it. Toby, the owner/manager, is awesome and super responsive. The view from the house is so breathtaking we commented several times that it almost wasn't real, but it is! We will be booking this house for our ski trip next year. I could not recommend it more.

Best property manager ever

We travel a good bit but Toby, the owner of the home, was by far the best we have ever experience. The house was beautiful and Grandy Ranch is a great place for kids to learn to ski. We had a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. Toby was so helpful in answering our questions. He even helped us get a Christmas tree! Highly recommend this home for families.

Great location and great host

We loved, loved the back deck. The home is very well equipped with everything we needed. The large screen TV was very nice as was the cable service. A highlight of our trip was that Toby (the owner) was extremely attentive to every question or need that we had. He is an example for all owners to follow. Great basecamp for RMNP visits

This home is a delight. The views are gorgeous and the location is perfect for day trips into Rocky Mountain National Park. You can also tell that a ton of attention to detail was put into designing and building this house. It is quiet and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. I'm sure that this house shines as a winter rental, but the experience we had this season proves that it is well worth a visit year-round. Toby was great too; he consistently communicated with us to make sure everything was perfect and made checking in and out a breeze. We're all looking forward to the opportunity to stay here again!

Home away from home in a beautiful setting

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Pictures don’t do the house justice as it was better than expected. Extremely clean and very well stocked with items needed for the week and there’s a breath taking panaromic view from the main living/kitchen area. This property is such a great floor plan/design for large families/friends/groups to both spread out with plenty of space to yourself and also to all gather together. Granby is a wonderful, family friendly ski resort and town and the host Toby is extremely friendly, communicative and helpful. A true pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this property and would look forward to returning to it ourselves!

Perfect In Every Way

This house is exactly as represented in the photos. It is a beautiful property with gorgeous views which is difficult to fully capture in pictures. There were 10 of us (5 adults and 5 kids ages 2-13) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the bunk room and pool table. As others have mentioned - Toby was such a good host! I have rented several homes through VRBO and he was by far the most responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this property. You won’t be disappointed.

Amazing family vacation!!

Wow !! This house is breathtaking!!! The layout , the views and the location... perfect ! We had 11 people and never felt crowded. The house is beautiful!! It Was about 1/2 to Winter Park and 40 mins to Rocky Mountain National Park! Toby gave us great ideas on things to do !! We went white water rafting, Hot Sulphur Springs, Mountain biking, rented a boat on Lake Granby and visited the national park a couple of times. This trip Definitely exceeded our expectations! Thanks again Toby for everything!!!!!!!!!

What every AirBnB/HomeAway should be

This was a first class experience all around. This property was built, furnished, and maintained as a family's vacation home, not as a "keep costs low" rental property. The amenities are top notch and contain many features not found in properties designed to be rented all the time (DVR on the televisions, multiple washer/dryers, SONOS sound system, beautiful kitchen cabinetry, crate and barrel dishware). The layout is perfect for a group, especially with children of all ages, allowing socializing for different age groups in different parts of the house. So many smart design features in the house to make daily life fun and easy. Toby was a wonderful host going out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would love to return back in the future and work with Toby again.

Stunning!!

I never write reviews!! But this house is absolutely amazing!!! The views are STUNNING!! The pictures do not do it justice. We had the best time staying here for our family vacation. Toby was the very best. He provided everything that we needed and then some. His home that he shared with us had more than we could have ever expected. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen had so many extras to accommodate all of us in our group. The game room had tons of games for all ages of our kids. The location of the home was very convenient. Did I mention the views?? Unbelievable views from every window of this house. You never get used to it. We will definitely return and stay at this amazing home for our future ski vacations. Thank you Toby!!!
