Brand New Luxury Mountain Home with Breathtaking Views of the surrounding mountains and ski hill. Decorated with high end finishes and bedding!

Our home is in the heart of Granby Ranch just minutes from skiing, mountain biking, 3 world class golf courses, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Grand Lake. Our location offers year-round activities for the whole family with views from the canyon to the continental divide!
Our home offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and sleeps 12 comfortably! We have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a large family meal.

Our main level features our kitchen/dining, main level family room with large TV and fireplace, a half bath, and our master suite. Our lower level features a second family room with large TV and fireplace with a hot tub off the deck. This level also offers a second king suite, a 3rd bedroom with 1 queen and 1 twin XL, and a 4th bedroom with a twin XL over queen bunk and a twin XL over twin XL bunk. Main level:
-Double Heated garage
-Laundry room/Mud room with large capacity washer and dryer
-1/2 Bath (sink & toilet)
- Kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range stove + oven (6 burners), French door fridge/Freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker - drip and k-cup combo, dish washer and large pantry.
- Dining area is open to our kitchen with dining table that seats 8-10
- Main level family room with 65" smart TV, gas fireplace, and large sectional that comfortably seats 8. (not a pull-out bed)
-Main Level Outdoor space: Large patio with dining table for 10 and sitting area to enjoy the amazing view. Propane grill on patio.
-Bedroom #1 Master suite has a king bed, smart TV, large walk-in closet, private access to patio and large ensuite bathroom with double sing, soaking tub and stand-up shower.
Lower level:
-Second family room with 65" smart TV, x-box, large sectional couch (not a pull-out bed) gaming table with board games, and fireplace.
-Basement Level outdoor space has a hot tub off the deck.
-Bedroom #2 King suite with a king bed, smart TV, closet and attached bathroom with double vanity sink, stand up shower and toilet.
-Bunk Bedroom #3 with 1 queen and 1 twin XL
-Bunk Bedroom #4 with a twin XL over queen bunk and a twin XL over twin XL bunk.
-Shared bathroom in basement hallway with full tub/shower and toilet.


Granby ranch offers skiing for the winter season, downhill mountain biking in the summer, and a golf course. There are also festivals all summer long at the base of the resort. You are also just minutes from both Grand Elk and Pole Creek golf courses. Winter Park is a short 15-minute drive down the road, with Grand Lake and the entry to Rocky Mountain National Park just 30 mins down the road!

All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3–4-night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker (Keurig and standard), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances (griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker).

House Rules

1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at any time. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at any time.
4.) No more than our stated allowed number of vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking allowed at any time. Our HOA does fine, and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By signing this contract, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the homeowner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.

Important to note-
Our home is equipped with noise/smoke sensors. Exterior cameras are also present.

MLK Weekend: 4 nights

Presidents Weekend: 5 nights

Peak Ski Season: (Late Feb / March / Early April): 5 nights

April: 3 nights first weekend, 2 nights the rest of the month

Memorial Weekend: 4 nights

Summer (June - August): 5 nights

4th of July: 5 nights

Labor Day Weekend: 3 nights

September: 3 nights

Thanksgiving: 4 nights

Christmas & New Years (mid Dec - early Jan): 5 nights.
