Fabulous Time in Paradise

We loved every moment of our stay at Ocean Harbour on Fort Myers Beach. We are "Beach people" and were thrilled to see the restored beauty all around. Our hosts were most accommodating starting with a personal phone call before we even arrived. In addition, we enjoyed splendid welcome gifts on the dining room table and stocked shelves! There is even an air popper, Keurig and wonderful full kitchen.It was absolutely perfect in every way. Dolphins playing and beautiful wildlife Bayside views out every window of the stunning 6th floor. We cannot wait to return!

A Dream!

english/englisch: We enjoyed our stay in December 2018 very much. The communication with Joe and Stefanie before, during and also after our trip was very pleasant and both have answered our questions always fast and were always very helpful. In addition: Joe received us on the first day very friendly. Many thanks again for that. The condo offers everything you need for a nice vacation at Fort Myers Beach and is equipped very comfortably. Moreover, the property includes also a nice heated pool with 2 hot tubs ,4 tennis courts and 3 barbecue grilles. The Appartment itself offers everything you need, even the beach utensils and also tennis racquets which you may use. The beach is also very near just across Estero Blvd. The view from the condo on the backbay is a dream and basically it is very quiet there on the sixth floor. We have enjoyed this vacation very much and can recommend this Condo to everybody without reservation. Thanks for the nice time. deutsch/german: Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Dezember 2018 sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Joe und Stefanie vor, während und auch nach unserer Reise war sehr angenehm und beide haben uns immer schnell geantwortet und waren immer sehr hilfreich bei allen Fragen. Joe hat uns am ersten Tag auch sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür. Das Condo hat alles was man sich für einen schönen Urlaub in Fort Myers wünscht und ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Außerdem gibt es auf dem Grundstück einen schönen beheizten Pool sowie 2 beheizte Whirl Pools, 4 Tennisplätze und 3 Gasgrills. Im Appartment selbst ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, sogar Strandutensilien und auch Tennisschläger, die man benutzen darf. Der Strand selber ist auch in direkter Nähe auf der anderen seite des Estero Boulevard. Der Ausblick aus der Ferienwohnung auf die Backbay ist ein Traum und es ist auch grundsätzlich sehr ruhig im sechsten Stock. Wir haben diesen Urlaub sehr genossen und können dieses Condo jedem vorbehaltlos empfehlen. Danke für die schöne Zeit. Nadine + Alex.

This is a wonderful unit with great views and location

The owners did a wonderful job of updating this apartment and are very responsive to any questions or concerns we have had. The photos well represent the unit although it may be a little better than they show. This is perhaps the quietest place we have ever stayed including our home. Wonderful views, across from the beach, next to a Publix, marina, bistro, and restaurant. Many great places eat and shops within 15 minutes and Ft. Myers shopping is less the 30 minutes away. Traffic will always be an issue on Ft. Myers Beach, but it is a small price to pay. Current road work will soon be done which will help traffic. This is a WONDERFUL PLACE to stay. We recommend it highly and would stay here again.

Well equipped, beautiful views, on the bay, but 300 yards from the beach

The owner was easy to work with. The condo is well equipped and stocked with the minimum essentials upon arrival. The condo is updated with beautiful views overlooking the bay. We saw dolphins, manatees and stingrays from the balcony. Although it is on the bay, it is only 300 yards from the beach and located beside Publix, the local grocery store. We had a great trip and will be back.

Beautiful Condo with Great Water Views

This beautifully remodeled condo, in a wonderful location, offers great water views of the Back Bay. It was thoughtfully designed to allow the customer with the maximum views of the water wherever you are in the condo, as well as modern appliances and very comfortable surroundings. The property is ideally located with a lot of amenities located within a short distance from the facility - restaurants, marinas, entertainment and shopping. The surrounding property around the towers is very nicely maintained and offers a lot for the customer to do. The owners are really nice and are very responsive if an issue were to arise. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the sunshine. We always look forward to coming back to this luxurious condo, and all the southwest Florida has to offer.

Home Away From Home w/Breathtaking Views

We were fortunate enough to spend the entire month of September in this spectacular Fort Myers Beach mid-island Bayfront condo. The owners, Stephanie & Joe, are extremely nice & are very easy to deal with! This 6th floor unit is exactly as they describe; updated, clean and provides all the amenities of home. You have excellent lanai views of the back bay, along with skylines of Fort Myers and Estero. Beach view from guest bedroom. Publix grocery is right next door, as well as the Bayfront Bistro at the marina next door for top notch dining. Santini Plaza, a little farther down the island, offers some shopping and several excellent eateries. Beach access is directly across the street at Newton Park via private gated complex entrance/exit. Beach chairs and floats are provided in the unit. For your security, the gated entrance to this complex is coded, as well as entrance to each building. You are close enough to Time Square, but far enough to provide a quiet stay. The pool, hot tub and BBQ areas are superb and second to none. The owners have done an excellent job of modernizing and updating. Tile floors throughout, upgraded kitchen w/new Samsung appliances, granite countertops, new Samsung washer and dryer, large 60” TV in Great Room with 3 additional flat screen TVs in bedrooms and den/dinette, Xfinity WIFI, very comfortable beds, a wireless HP AIO printer, and ceiling fans in every room. The condo layout suited us perfectly, with the bedrooms at either end and each with an ensuite bathroom (master has tile walk-in shower and Jacuzzi spa tub). The entire community is well-groomed and very well maintained. There’s a fulltime maintenance crew and onsite manager. We highly recommend this condo and know you’ll enjoy a little piece of Tropical Paradise….!

The condo was absolutely stunning and spacious!

From the moment we walked in, we were able to see the bay. Every single room had water view and access to a screened balcony. Every aspect of the place was top notch, from the huge kitchen with beautiful granite and stainless steel appliances to elegant and comfortable decor and convenient laundry room in the unit. Our kids LOVED having their own bedroom and separate bath. The pool and beach accessories were so convenient and we used them every day. The location of the property is perfect, near mid island, quiet and away from the busy activities of Time Square but still have restaurants and access to the beach nearby. The trolley stops right in front of the properry so gettting to the Time Square area on the north end and Lover's Key on the south end is a breeze if you dont want to drive. Having Publix grocery store within walking distance was a bonus! We would definitely stay here again. Stephanie and Joe, thank you for sharing your home with us!

Amazing Condo on the Bay

My husband and I recently spent time in this condo. The pictures of the condo are good but the place itself is even better. It was well furnished, beautiful, clean, and true to its description. The views from the condo were amazing. We loved the bay views. The whole facility was extremely well cared for. We were impressed with the condo and the ease of which it was to work with the owners. We would definitely recommend this to condo to our friends. Thanks for the great vacation!

We moved to SouthWest Cape Coral, Florida from Minnesota. We have grown to love our neighborhood and what it had to offer. It is close to the local Marinas and there is many choices for popular restaurants in the area. It is a perfect location for families traveling to enjoy Florida Sunshine.
