This home has a fully equipped kitchen including a full size refrigerator with ice maker, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, crock pot and all the accessories you'll need to prepare anything from a gourmet meal to a quick snack.

Game room with TV/DVD, pool table, foosball and board games. Sports equipment available for use in the park out your back door. You have basketball, tennis, putting green and playground area available in the park. In addition to being minutes from Disney, this home provides quick and easy access to the main highways leading to all of central Florida's attractions. Conveniently located within two miles, you will find grocery stores, 24 hour Walgreen's Pharmacy, along with many popular restaurants such as Outback Steak house. I am a retired teacher and Jerry is a retired firefighter. We are blessed with wonderful family and friends. Our children and grandchildren are our greatest joys!!! We love to sit out on the lanai and watch them play in the pool.

Why they chose this property

We love our home because it is airy and comfortable. We are always finding ways to make it even more homey when we are there. It is close to so many great restaurants and so wonderfully close to Disney!!! Close to 3 golf courses, Universal is about 20 minutes away depending on traffic and a new $750 million dollar Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville Resort is just 2 minutes down the road!

What makes this property unique

Having a park directly behind it with tennis, basketball courts, a play ground and a putting practice area makes our home unique!!! It is a wonderful quiet neighborhood and yet within five minutes you are up on the main road near restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment.
