Beautiful 2BR/2BA Condo Litchfield by the Sea Resort

Newly Renovated! We just finished a complete renovation and upgrade of our condo! Freshly painted with all new carpet, new couch and chairs, new bedding, new bedroom curtains, new blinds, new lamps, new 65" wall mounted Smart TV, newly recovered bar stools and dining chairs, new chandelier, new bathroom fixtures, new outdoor rug for the porch and new string lights around the porch, new kitchen equipment, etc... Our condo is located in the Litchfield by the Sea Resort at Seaside Inn, one of the finest private, all-season ocean resorts in the U.S. Our condo is an end unit (more spacious and private) located on the top floor of Seaside Inn (4th floor including 1st floor parking). The elevator is just down the hall.

We custom decorated our condo to make it more comfortable for our family and yours. It accommodates eight guests comfortably in two bedrooms, each bedroom has 2 Queen Size beds fitted with 350+ count Egyptian cotton sheets. It has nine-foot ceilings, crown molding and a large screened in porch overlooking a pond with two fountains (the gentle water sound is just great) providing openness and elegance as well as outdoor dining.

A short 10 minute walk (timed when our son was 5 years old) along the bike and golf cart paths that wind through the resort take you to the beach and beachfront club. You can also drive to the beach (beachside parking is available for Seaside Inn renters next to the beach club). In addition to parking privileges you have access to the private beach club located right on the beach with stunning ocean views, sunning decks, changing rooms and restrooms.

The condo is also located right across from the pool and water plaza (maybe a 2 minute walk including the elevator ride). The pool, lazy river, hot tubs and water plaza (complete with squirting submarine, rain showers and giant dump bucket and splash buckets) are all free for Seaside Inn renters.

As a renter of Seaside Inn you also have access to the following amenities: free unlimited wireless internet access (from inside the condo, at the Starbucks and in the lobby of the conference center), private beach access and parking, a private ocean front beach club with restrooms and changing rooms, 7 professional grade lighted clay tennis courts, extensive golf cart, jogging and bike paths that stretch from Murrells Inlet to Pawleys Island, bike rentals (for a fee) and access to 3 world-class golf courses. There are 151 golf courses within 30 miles of our condo. There is also a Starbucks on the property, a restaurant, Coastal Dish, a Tiki Bar and a health club and spa (available for a fee).
