Charming, newly renovated studio located less than 1 mile from the new Apple campus and vibrant Main Street Cupertino. This standalone cottage of 525 sq feet area, is located behind the main house, but is fully separate and accessible through a gated path.

Features high-speed Wi-Fi, HD TV with youtube TV, and brand-new appliances. Walking distance from restaurants, bars, and a movie theater. Off-street parking in a quiet neighborhood.

This is ideal for a family of 4. Has queen size bed and mattress, a queen size pull out sofa and a sleeping bag with plenty of extra linen. The property has fully furnished kitchen, a walk-in closet with cedar shelving and a linen cabinet. Kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances - a gas range, dish washer, coffee maker, tea kettle, full size fridge, rice cooker, blender with 11 attachments, dining table with 6 chairs, pots and pans, wine glasses and everything one needs for a family of four.

Bathroom is brand new with tiled floor. We provide towels and shampoo. Washer and Dryer not inside the cottage. They are attached to the main house and easily accessible to guests .

Solid Location

My son and I stayed in Shyla's listing for 2 weeks. The cottage is exactly as pictured/described. Communication with Shyla was excellent; she always responded promptly and was readily available. The space is adequate and private, though a little dated. The location is great, easy to get to many places, including a pleasant walk to several different restaurants (plus Target/CVS). While there is AC, I appreciated the easy-to-open windows that gave us some nice fresh air! Thank you, Shyla, for your great hospitality!

Hideaway in the middle of it all

Silicon Valley is a bustling business destination, but you wouldn't know it from staying in this quiet, well-appointed cottage. I felt like I was out in the country, the street is so quiet. Yet you're just minutes from San Jose, Mountain View, or Palo Alto. The information in the welcome binder is clear and simple: within minutes of arrival you can be connected to the net and enjoying a movie. A very pleasant place to stay!

Wonderful cottage, great location

The cottage was easy to find, clean and welcoming. The kitchen had everything I needed during my stay. The bed was super comfy and I felt right at home! Location was excellent, close to Main St. Cupertino with food & shops. The owners were polite, yet gave me my privacy. Overall great stay, highly recommend!

Wonderful hostess! The cottage was clean and has everything you need. The kitchen stocked with breakfast items was so appreciated. Quiet residential neighborhood with nearby restaurants and close freeway access. Would happily stay again.

Cozy, clean and convenient

This cottage is really nice and it was really close to the new Apple campus. The owner were really responsive and very nice. Alot of good places to eat that are within walking distance. Everytime i work in cupertino i will definitely go back to this place.

Quiet corner in Silicon Valley

This is a clean and comfortable cottage very close to i280. Everything is modern and well-maintained. I would happily stay again!

Our cottage is cute and is in the center of silicon valley where all the action is. Yet, it is on a quiet street and very safe. We love it here and we are sure you will too.

What makes this property unique

Completely stand alone, has all amenities you would desire and on a very quiet street. It is 0.1 mile from local bus, 10 mts drive from San Jose airport, 45 minutes drive from San Francisco airport and 15 minutes from Amtrak. We are very close to Levi's stadium where NFL happens.
