A one bedroom studio cottage set amongst mature woodland. There is a screened in porch outside.
There is one king bed and a 4 piece bathroom with bath and shower.

Includes a microwave and mini fridge, kitchen not included.

A maximum of 2 people can be accommodated.

You will have use of an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, walking trails and a shared sandy beach area at a nearby resort.

Additional – Interested in having more fun and exploring the resort? For just an additional fee ($50 recreation fee per person) you’ll get the access to canoes, kayaks, paddleboards (July & Aug only), bicycles, tennis, volleyball, badminton, a variety of lawn games, fitness room, indoor games room, access to walking trails, indoor and outdoor pools, PLUS organized recreation programme which includes yoga, guided walks and more (July/Aug & weekends only).
This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.

The chalet has some years to it but it is well maintained. The furniture inside is old and might have some old stains and not be able to remove. We followed the Vrbo cleaning protocol, and make sure the place was sterilized before guests check in.

No Loud Noise allowed after 10 pm outside and do not disturb your neighbor.

Parking with “parking permit” in designated parking spots ONLY, NO parking is allowed on the road. (Parking permit will be providing when check in if needed)

Wear face masks and practicing social distancing. (2 meters away from each other)

Limitation of 10 people per group in public area.

Suggestion: Do not drink water directly from the tap.

No boat or jet ski allowed to stay or park within the 100ft from shoreline.

Keep their garbage inside of the property when check out.

Bugs and wildlife may appear around the property and this is normal as this are country style cottages. (Some bugs may enter the room when door is open)

The lake and beach area does not have lifeguards. Using the lake at your own risk. For guests who under 18 need to be monitored by their guardians when using the lake.

Smoking is not allowed on the beach. Only smoke in the designated area.

Guests need to collect their own garbage before they leave the beach. (There is a garbage bin in the beach area)
