This property is approximately 2,100 sq. ft., with a renovated kitchen and appliances, a custom-built home bar, and is decorated to truly give voice into the character of the house. This 3-bedroom 2-bath home can comfortably sleep 10 (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 sets of trundle bunk beds), which makes it ideal for kid/family vacations or just a weekend away with your friends! There are chickens on the property as well as a beautiful new koi pond! So whether you’re playing cornhole, board games, watching a movie on the 70” TV, or just simply relaxing on the cozy outdoor furniture, you are sure to enjoy this peaceful Arizona property! It is a great place to relax, read a book, have a drink and enjoy the AZ sun.


*Please note that because of the beautiful and unique furnishings and the quiet and peaceful neighborhood in which this property is located, we have a strict "No Party" policy. Although the property has high speed internet, sometimes the wifi connection in North Scottsdale can be unreliable. There is a Starbucks nearby in case of a wifi emergency!

*Please note that during the duration of your stay, a groundskeeper may be present to feed the koi fish, check the filters in the koi pond, or to address any landscaping needs on the 5 acre property.

*Please note that it is absolutely forbidden to go onto the roof of this residence. Doing so will result in an immediate eviction and forfeit of the entire deposit and rent.

*Please note that the property is located in an area where rattlesnakes and bees may be present. While we take measures to ensure your safety, we cannot guarantee the absence of these creatures. Guests are advised to exercise caution and be vigilant, particularly in outdoor areas. Please note that bees are important pollinators and should not be poisoned. By booking this property, you acknowledge and accept these natural conditions.

By signing this Agreement, Tenant:

1. Acknowledges and understands that, as part of the property in which the resided, there is an above-ground hot tub and there is a pond for Koi fish.

2. Acknowledges and understands that the Koi pond is NOT intended for swimming purposes.

3. Acknowledges and understands that Tenant will not and will not permit any third party or family or invitee to use Koi pond for swimming purposes.

4. Acknowledges and understands that Tenant is aware of potential wildlife present in the area, as well as risks associated with such.
