This luxury residence is a Sunday-to-Sunday weekly rental. You may “BOOK NOW" ONLY if you are booking a Sunday-to-Sunday stay. Otherwise, if you are looking to book less than the full Sunday-to-Sunday week, please submit an INQUIRY letting me know which dates you wish to book. Depending on the week, I may be able to accommodate a shorter stay at a slightly higher nightly rate. I respond to most inquiries within 2 hours.

This 2-Bedroom/2-Bath Suite has recently been updated with new furnishings, fixtures, and decor. The unit features a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, living room with fireplace, flat-screen TV, DVD and CD player, two master bedroom suites with King bed, fireplace, & stone tile bath, and either a balcony or a patio. Complimentary wireless internet access is available in all rooms.

Services & Amenities: Rental includes transportation to/from Aspen Airport, Local Shuttle Service, Housekeeping & Bike/Ski Valet, as made available by the resort. Resort Fee Paid Upon Booking: Includes use of all resort amenities - common area Pool, Hot Tubs, daily continental breakfast, Fitness Center and WiFi. $40/night for a Studio, $50/night for a 1 Bedroom, $60/night for a 2 Bedroom, $70/night for a 3 Bedroom, $80/night for a 4 Bedroom. Optional Fees: $40/night parking fee, $200 king to 2 twin beds conversion fee. No Rollaway beds are allowed. Crib rentals may be arranged through the concierge.

The best property and manager in Aspen

I rarely leave reviews. Tami and this vacation are an exception. I feel compelled to share how perfect our stay was.Tami is a complete professional and pleasure to work with. I am sure there are other fine property managers in Aspen. We will only use Tami in the future because she is that good. There is no better location in Aspen than the Mountain Residences. You are at the base of Aspen Mountain. The skating rink is directly in front of you. Every restaurant and high-end shopping is within blocks. The City Market is 3 blocks away. This is THE place in terms of location.The building is fantastic. It underwent renovations in July 2024. There is a free breakfast every morning. The convenience of having this on-site was huge when trying to herd a group of kids out the door to ski.The property also has a private transportation system consisting of shuttles and SUVs that is run with military precision. They will get you to any of the four mountains and pick you up each day. If you are renting ski gear from the in-house store it will be on the shuttle each morning. The same fleet picks you up and drops you at the airport. They will also take you anywhere in town you’d like to go.The concierge arranged all of our ski rentals and lessons ahead of time. She also got us reservations at restaurants that were otherwise booked.Our stay was perfect. I highly recommend you stay here and you book with Tami. We will be returning and we could not have been more pleased.

Amazing Accommodation

The property manager was wonderful to work with, we needed to add a night to our stay which was done seamlessly. The property is in the heart of Aspen, could not ask for a better location. The residence was beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Having all the amenities of a resort in a private suite was absolutely perfect.

Wonderful Stay in Aspen

We had a wonderful visit to Aspen in January. The condo was beautifully appointed and the location cannot be beat. Located right near the slopes and right next to everything you could need in Aspen! Tami was wonderful to work with and very responsive…especially as we had to extend our stay due to weather conditions. We were happy to have two extra nights at the beautiful property. Can’t wait to book again! Thank you!

Fantastic Place to Stay

Our family vacations in Aspen every year and I must say this has been the best place we have found to stay by far. Conveniently located in the middle town, everything you need is within walking distance restaurants, shops, parks…etc. The 2 bedroom condo was plenty of room for the 4 of us (2 adults & 2 children – ages 6 & 9). Having a full kitchen with everything you need made it so easy to cook meals when we didn’t feel like eating out. Another plus is the City Market grocery store is about a 3 min walk down the road. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The concierge was always there to help us with restaurant recommendations or explain different hiking trails and activities in the area. Free hotel car service was always available anytime we asked and will pick you up and/or drop you off anywhere in town. The pool was a great place just to relax after a long day of exploring and the gym is small but has a great view and everything you need to get the job done! Tami was quick to respond to any questions and I can’t say enough good things about our overall stay…we will definitely be back!

Awesome Trip! Amazing Accommodations!

Tami was the consummate professional and the Hyatt Grand Aspen was beautiful, perfect, and centrally located to EVERYTHING! The hotel staff was courteous and my family had a great time! The kids loved the daily free candy and hot chocolate, and the ice skating across the street was a great day to end the day! I highly recommend the property and more-so Tami, as she was able to facilitate my best family ski vacation to date! We usually stay at the Ritz in Highlands, but this was a better location, equally as beautiful, and the staff catered to all our needs. We can't wait for next year! THANK YOU Tami!!

Absolutely fabulous!

We loved our stay at the Hyatt Grand Aspen. Our unit was luxuriously large and very comfortably furnished. We were thrilled to have cleaning service and turndown service every day, and the complimentary breakfasts were very nice. The location is convenient to both the ski mountain and the downtown. We will definitely try to stay there again our next time to Aspen.

Very nice abode. I visit Aspen each summer with my husband and we decided to bring the whole family. Very spacious, comfortable and well kept. Family all enjoyed every aspect. Great steam shower, balcony, kitchen, pool and other amenities. Concierge not so helpful at times but that didn't dampen stay.
