Any time of year, you'll find our modern, light-filled holiday home perfect for a family holiday or romantic getaway.

The generous, open-planned living area spills onto a covered entertaining deck, which includes a heated swim spa, outdoor fireplace, swing seat and sofa.

With two full-sized bedrooms and a bunk room, there is ample space for two families, including two bathrooms and separate laundry with all the comforts of home.

Just a short stroll from West Shelly Beach, our quiet little neighbourhood adjoins Orford and Spring Beach via a lovely ocean-side walking track with stunning views of Prosser Bay and Maria Island.

The large, secure yard has plenty of space for parking and endless games of backyard cricket.

We are repeat visitors to this lovely holiday house as the location is great, the house is always beautifully presented and after a walk on the beach with the dog you can come back to the relaxing spa.

Stayed here, in lovely Orford, for a break over school hols with my children. The house was lovely, modern and very comfortable, had everything needed for us to lounge around relaxing by the swim spa, read some books, play some games or watch a movie together. Location was great, we enjoyed a few breakfasts at a nearby cafe', some nice beach walks, popped around to Triabunna, did some wandering, and just really enjoyed having some quiet time. The place had a nice feel to it, very welcoming and was one of 'those places' that has all the bits and pieces you need - coffee pod machine (coffee!), items to cook and do meals if you want to, light and airy inside, comfortable seating and some nice outside seating under cover with blankets and pillows. Dee, the hostess, was great with communication and was very kind, offering a late check out - just lovely! We would 100% stay here again and its definitely on our list to come back to. Highly recommend.

Dee was easy to contact and communicate with. This is our second stay and wont be our last. Very clean and everything you need. Highly recommend, you wont regret your stay. Eight is a fantastic place for a family getaway. The house is very clean and light and airy and very comfortable to stay in.The spa was wonderful and straightforward to maintain. We spent lots of time in there enjoying the warm water and the jets. The beds were very comfortable, as were the couches inside; and the out door furniture was very comfy too. The kitchen is well equipped and it was great to cook with gas. It’s only a short walk to the nearest beach, or you can enjoy a longer walk along the shoreline to East Shelley Beach. Thank you to Dee and Virgil for providing such great accommodation.
