Best view from the deck and masterBedroom! Beautiful shack, very comfortable, simple layout. Wood heater kept us toasty. Felt like a well-loved family home without being cluttered. Allison was great to deal with.

This house is absolutely beautiful we where so impressed the views are stunning. So well kitted out for a family stay wish we had booked for longer. Communication from the host was great and check in and out was easy.

A beautiful view from within the house and the front deck as well as the main bedroom. The beds were all very comfortable. The main bed is very low but allows for a great view from the bed which was lovely. It was very hot the first few days and the small fans and a ceiling fan didn't help much. No internet and a small TV that was not a smart tv. There was a TV in the kids room that they enjoyed as well as the toys and games supplied. There was dirty socks in kids toys from previous guests and rubbish and used bandaids under table in lounge area. The gas stove top was missing a knob. The kitchen cupboards and bedroom cupboards need a good sort through. Needs a good frypan. Heaps of cups and plates but all mismatched. Steep to walk up to the back of the house and we felt it needed a hand rail on some of the deeper stairs. The driveway was steep but was OK. We enjoyed our stay and loved the view, but was let down with what was provided within the house.

My wife and I enjoyed our 3 week stay at Allison, s "Shack". There are lovely water views from the kitchen,dining lounge area and main bedroom. Kitchen is well equiped, good main bedroom with good storage and bed. The Shack has a good bathroom plus a second separate toilet. Its a 5 minute walk to nearest beach. For us its been a great property in a good location and will happily return.

Orford holiday

Perfect location for a relaxing holiday. Views were perfect and watching the sunrise over the bay was spectacular. Close to ferry for a Maria Island day trip.

Good Family Beach stay

This house is a great option for a family or 2 looking for a relaxed stay in a quiet beachside town. Ample space both indoors and outdoors with TV games etc to occupy on a wet day.

Orford

Spent a week here with our young family and had a wonderful time. Great location, fantastic views, comfortable with lots of activities and kitchen necessities. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would love to return.

Fabulous house - great for family and very clean. Kitchen was well equipped and everything we needed including for cooking meals at the house. Large bathroom with separate toilet was great. Good amount of room for parking with a trailer - although need to be aware of steeper driveway and could park on street out the front. Orford was a great base for trips to Maria Island, Tasman Peninsula day trip and Freycinet day trip. Very relaxing village atmosphere with good cafes and fun to do the Park Run on Saturday morning. Highly recommended.

A lovely place to revive.

Very clean and comfortable with great views of the ocean. We loved sitting on the balcony taking in the view. The home was peaceful and quiet and in a great location. The location gave us easy access to many points of interest such as the ferry to Maria Island.
