Beautiful place, so close to beach and cafe. Great spot to relax and/or enjoy long walks. Dog friendly is such a highlight also.

So close to the beach such a great location the house was clean everything you need is there pet friendly even a ball for our dog to play with couldn’t be happier it was so good we are going back again before we return home thank you

Perfect getaway

What a delightful cottage just steps away from the beach. A rare treat with an amazing garden for dogs to romp in. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Cottage

Great cottage to rest and relax, enjoy a book in the garden or stroll on the beach which was just a few metres away at the end of the quiet street. We thorough enjoyed our stay and will look to revisit if we get the chance.

Holiday home.

It was very comfortable. Quiet and peaceful. It suited three adults very well but would be excellent for a family. We used it as a base to go to Maria island. Our stay was only two nights but if you stayed longer then the outdoor areas would be great to relax in.

Great place to stay

This was our second stay at this property. At the end of the street is the beach or either side of this are great walking trails. We wanted a rental where our dogs were allowed to come as well. House was comfortable for our needs. No need to drive anywhere, IGA and eateries were walking distance from house.

I can’t tell you how happy we were with the cottage. Everything you could need is on hand and it was very welcoming and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and will return again before the crowds come back in summer. Winter getaways are the best. Loved the whole experience and will definitely recommend to others.

ORFORD RELAXATION AND BEACH

We loved our week in Orford and the property had all that we needed. It was a good base to go to Swansea for the day and go to Triabunna for shopping and fresh seafood. Jak and Frodo (furbabies) were most welcome and loved their walks on the beach every day which was only 2 houses away from our stay. The only down side was the internet was intermittent and lack of tv stations, but that is minor and our personal choice. We highly recommend to anyone wanting a stay in Orford to book at 12 Rudd Avenue. You won't regret it.

Perfection!

A perfect house right on the beach. Very comfortable and we were able to take our two dogs. Very well equipped house with everything you could possibly need. Comfy warm beds. Brilliant!

Cosy and comfy

This house had all we needed for a restful stay in Orford. We have a dog and appreciated the open, clean and securely fenced yard, AND being able to bring him wth us. It was handy having two bathrooms and two toilets. The sun coming into the house was lovely and it was a peaceful spot, looking out towards the water and Maria Island. Easy walk to shops and beside the beach.

Family Holiday

I was visiting from the U.S. spending time with elderly parents who have a house on the same street. This house was the perfect place for my friends and family to congregate and enjoy our time together. It was a lovely location and perfectly appointed. We loved the choice of outdoor eating areas to dine. The communication with Pat was efficient and she was very responsive. I will be certainly booking another week when I return next year!

Great family accommodation

A quiet property that was enjoyably to stay at. Great for a family, the boys played backyard cricket and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal.Only criticism was the queen size bed was very firm to sleep on, the bbq needed a good clean and there was no hot tub like advertised.

Delightful

Our fifth or sixth stay. Always a pleasure. Immaculately clean, warm in winter, good kitchen, fenced garden for the pups and 3 minutes walk to the beach. Great meals nearby at the Spring Bay Hotel.

Chillaxin getaway in Orford

Perfect property, warm & cozy, well equipment with the essentials for living. Quiet end street, all the comforts of home. Awesome to lay in bed and hear the waves roll in on the beach. Our 10+year old Lab "Josie" loved the yard it was safe and secure for her. Cafes and supermarket all in a gentle walking distance. Will be back for sure. :-)
