Spacious 3 bedroom Regency condominium in the Poipu Kai resort- minutes walking distance from beautiful Poipu (10), Shipwrecks/Keoneloa (12) and Brennecke's (7) beaches on Kauai's sunny south shore. Double corner unit (windows on 3 sides) with vaulted ceilings in living area and master bedroom. On top (2nd) floor in 4 unit building. Three full bathrooms, full kitchen with granite counters, washer/dryer, wifi/internet, flatscreen TVs in all bedrooms and living room, two lanais. Central air conditioning plus ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room. Immediately adjacent to one of three available pools. Reserved parking spot included.

Very beautiful and clean home, had utensils and necessities to cook and drink. Loved that it has a washer and dryer in the home. Gorgeous patio views (2 patios) and is very close to a couple of different beaches, restaurants, and little stores. Amazing place to stay! Also has a wonderful pool and hot tub!

We love coming to Kauai and enjoyed our stay in Poipu. We were close enough to walk to the beach. The house was clean and had all of the essentials. The tub upstairs could have been just a little bit cleaner. It wasn't that it was dirty but the tub had stains that could have been scrubed off and the shower curtain had a few black spots on it. I would still stay at this place again, if we were ever to come back!

The property is great -- spacious, well furnished and equipped, and well located. The unit is upstairs, so it's quiet, and the ceiling fans provide good air circulation. The upstairs bedroom is a loft with no door, but the louvers above the pony wall provide privacy. From the property it's an easy walk to multiple beaches and shops. We enjoyed it very much and recommend it highly.

Beautiful property… very clean, beds are comfortable and AC works great. Couldn’t ask for a better location … short walk to both Poipu and Shipwreck beach, gated pool with hot tub on property. Hans and Vicki were great to us! Really helped us out dealing with flight delays on the way home. Best vacation I’ve ever had!

The condo was spacious and nicely furnished. Everything worked well. The location is great for accesssing south Kauai sites.Be sure to get the parking pass or the association will give you a warning.

The condo was very spacious & clean and well stocked with almost anything you could ever need: shampoo & conditioner, body wash, blow dryers. laundry & dish soap, pool & beach toys, etc. It was a short walk to the beach along a walkway landscaped with beautiful flowering trees and plants.
