We are experience hosts with over 300 5 star reviews across three properties in Hawaii and Nantucket Island and many happy return guests. We provide excellent service, very clean and thoughtfully furnished and decorated accommodations!

This home is on an exceptional piece of land, it is lush, tropical and designed for the best of indoor outdoor Hawaiian living. You cannot see any other homes from the accommodation.

Situated at the perfect 1000 foot elevation, it is close to town, yet secluded and away from all of the hustle and bustle. It provides a true Hawaiian tropical experience.

The Kona Palm Retreat is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom accommodation on a a 1.5 acre property only 8 minutes from downtown Kailua Kona and the Ocean, Pier, shopping and restaurants.

The accommodation is spacious and very private with a large living room, 42 inch HDTV, fiber optic high speed internet, Apple TV, Kitchen, large outside lanai with dining table and chairs. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bedroom has two twin beds. The home is professionally decorated with Tropical artwork and designer furnishings.

The hot tub is professionally serviced every week and set in a beautiful private area with additional seating and a weber grill.

We provide just about everything you need for your vacation in Kona. Tommy Bahamas beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach, blankets, beach towels, coolers, snorkels, masks and fins for four guests.

We also provide at no extra charge, a full-size washer and dryer, dryer, sheets, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We do our best to try to provide everything you might need for your vacation

Beautifully landscaped with private expansive lawns and hammocks swinging under coconut trees, everything is included in this very nicely appointed rental. We have many happy return guests, and we are happy to answer any questions that you may have. We have lived in Kona for over 30 years.

We love the privacy, the perfect elevation and climate, the multitude of bird and tropical flora. The neighborhood is quiet and is only 5 minutes to the ocean, town, shopping and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

Our property is lushly landscaped and very private. The elevation of approximately 1000 feet has the prefect climate year round.

The long gated palm lined driveway winds through multicolored tropical landscaping and the accommodation is nestled into the landscaping with beautiful views of the gardens and birds.

We provide the best of indoor and outdoor Hawaiian living, you have your own kitchen, your own hot tub and barbecue area, private seating areas in the gardens and hammocks swinging under the coconut trees. When the gate closes behind you, you are using your own tropical world. We really love it there.
