WELCOME to our PACIFIC PARADISE CONDO!
Our home sits on a bluff overlooking the ocean and has the most amazing water views. You get to enjoy amazing sunsets, hear crashing waves day & night, and feel the ocean breezes through the open windows. You can walk to the Beach in under 4 minutes, and surf, swim, boogie board, play on the beach or just catch some rays. There is a fabulous beach trail that you can hike or bike ride on all the way to Dana point or just a quarter of a mile to a fantastic restaurant overlooking the ocean on the San Clemente pier.
The neighborhood we live in is called the “Pier Bowl” and is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in San Clemente because it has direct access to the best beach in So-Cal and is positioned in Southwest San Clemente, known for awesome sunsets and little to no marine layer for amazing views all year round.
With the beach just steps away, you’ll never find more incredible views of the deep blue ocean than you will here. Take in the sights and the salt air from your dining room table as you enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Immediately after breakfast, head down to the beach to catch some of those world famous Pacific waves. Our more adventurous guests will absolutely adore the proximity of the ocean, and want to spend all day playing, surfing, and boogie boarding. But if you’d rather take a blissful nap in the sun, or enjoy the cool ocean breeze, never fear. Down by the beach you’ll find multiple beach trails to explore, the famous San Clemente Pier, as well as a few charming spots ideal for a family barbecue. After a long day in the California sunshine, the main living room offers ample space, comfortable furniture for relaxation, and large windows, perfect for catching sight of the many magnificent sunsets you’ll see during your stay. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are both tastefully decorated with a nautical theme allowing your imagination to run wild. This newly remodeled, 3rd floor Beach Home is only 49 steps to the beach access, then down to the sand and surf.

Pacific Paradise is a great vacation stay!

Our two week stay at Pacific Paradise was perfect. The condo is very well equipped and it was easy to make it our home away from home. We especially appreciated the beach equipment! Beach chairs and umbrellas at previous VRBO properties we’ve stayed at were often unusable. But all of the equipment at Pacific paradise is top notch. The short ten minute walk to the beach and pier was certainly easier than trying to find a parking space at the beach - and it was good exercise. The wonderful ocean view from the “wall” of windows was beautiful to look at any time of day. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to San Clemente.

Excellent property with amazing views and location!

What a wonderful property! The condo was very easy to find and was in an incredible location that was within walking distance to the San Clemente pier and Del Mar street with all of the restaurants and shops that it has to offer. The view was so beautiful, we spent every morning drinking coffee at the table and just looking out to the ocean. The bedrooms and baths were very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was also very well equipped. For quiet nights in, we were comfortable watching Netflix on the living room sectional with the gas fireplace on. The condo does have some stairs to enter but that did not bother us and the parking garage is great. We did have a couple of questions during our stay and with one text, Denise called back right away to address them. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property with us. We plan to come back soon.

Fabulous Location, Beautiful Views and Perfectly Decorated

We were so pleased with this Condo when we arrived. Prior to arrival Dennis and Denise were great to work with. They responded very quickly and were very accommodating regarding our length of stay. The condo is beautifully decorated and one side of the condo is all windows looking out onto the ocean. I was there with my older teenage son and younger daughter. We were all spoiled to have our own space and also the three TVs for the evening hours which the kids loved. The decorating is very modern as well as the kitchen and furniture. It was great to have the beach toys, beach towels, bags and boogie boards available to us as well. They had everything needed for a great vacation. San Clemente is a wonderful, quiet town without the busy feel of southern California. The Condo is just a couple streets away from the Pier area and located right above the beach. If I have the opportunity to go back to this area in the future I would be thrilled to be able to stay at the Pacific Paradise again!

Great location

Location was perfect. Walking down to the beach every morning and having coffee on the pier was exactly what I was looking for. Place was stocked with everything you need for the beach, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, frisbee. Only thing I missed was a bbq. There is a big deck downstairs but no bbq. Minor thing, really, but missed it. Great view for the sunset, dipping behind Catalina Island. Well stocked with towels, and everything you need in the kitchen. Thank you.

Very Nice Get-Away

Ocean view and cool breezes were especially nice. Proximity to the San Clemente pier and beach were great, a 6 minute walk. If your group has more than 1 car, this condo has off street parking for 2 full size cars or 3 smaller ones. There are 28 steps to climb the stairs to this condo, but we knew that when we picked this unit. The condo was comfortable and well equipped. We encountered a small problem with the televisions, but the owners were extremely responsive in helping to solve the issue. We would rent this condo again.

Great Location

Property is in a great location very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Condo is comfortable, well furnished and had great views. The hosts are very communicative and we really enjoyed our stay.

San Clemente

We loved this place. The description is accurate and the beach area is great. My only input is that if you are not in shape, the stairs can be difficult. You need to go up 3 flights to get your luggage in the house. However, if you go down to the beach via the stairs... you can come up via the street which is easier. (this is from a 60 something year old). We found this much better than taking the stairs. Overall, a wonderful place with everything you could ever need. Thanks Dennis and Denise for a great place.

Amazing beach apartment

We loved this place. It was very clean and well set up and close to everything you could want or need. I can't wait to go back. There are a lot of stairs to climb both to the apartment and to the beach, so this is why the views are so fantastic. The hosts were excellent as well and very quick to respond to our questions and happy to make recommendations.

Conevnient Location with Spectacular View and Exceptional Accommodations

We very much enjoyed our stay at Denise and Dennis Massey’s rental unit. The unit itself was very clean, well appointed, and very comfortable to spend our vacation time as the layout was easy in which to settle. The beauty of the view from the unit is incomparable. As they say in real estate, LOCATION is everything. It’s just a short walk to the San Clemente Pier and our favorite restaurants, The Fishermans for dinner and The Creperie for breakfast. Our daily walks on the beach trails at the bottom of the access stairway were enjoyable. With good planning things always seem to go well, but the real test is when a problem arises and you need a solution. Whenever we had concerns due to being in an unfamiliar living situation the Masseys responded to our request within minutes which we very much appreciated. Looking forward to our next stay.

We had a fabulous time at this property! Upon arriving I was most pleased at how clean it was! The view was awesome and so close to everything. The steps would be steep for those who have difficulty climbing stairs as there are many. But the great thing is to just take your time if thats the case! Denise and I have always loved the beach, especially the San Clemente Pier Bowl. We still work at our jobs enjoying our business relationships with our coworkers. We enjoy spending time with our 4 boys, which range from 27years old to 34years old. We love the active life of traveling, visiting family, sports and enjoying the sun and surf at the beach. We look forward to many fun and enjoyable nights at the Pacific Paradise Penthouse (PPP) and hope that our guests enjoy it also!

Why they chose this property

The Pacific Paradise is now a reality for us. We have been vacationing at the beach for many, many years and have enjoyed the pier-bowl area with our family. We love the fantastic restaurants, the close proximity to the sand, the San Clemente Pier, the waves and surf for outstanding family adventures. The Pacific Paradise Condo takes a few steps to get up to but the Penthouse View of the Ocean, sale boats and even whales are well worth it!

What makes this property unique

The Pacific Paradise has an amazing view of the Pacific Ocean. I can sit in the dining room or the family room and just gaze out at all the sail boats, dolphins and aquatic activities. The home is tastefully decorated and ready to be enjoyed for the business traveler or the entire family.
