Tharah proudly sits on 6 park-like acres in picturesque Mount View, with un-interrupted views of the surrounding hills and ranges. This property ideal for those larger groups of families and friends or corporate clients looking for a peaceful retreat at the foot of the mountains.
This remarkable country homestead will embrace you with its friendly and welcoming feel. You will be instantly impressed with the beautifully landscaped gardens and manicured hedges. The generous open-plan spaces and large living areas, complete with an expansive covered outdoor entertaining area, spilling onto a sparkling in-ground pool and outdoor pizza oven makes the ideal setting for entertaining your family and friends. The new games room boasts a pool table, dart board and table tennis table.
Boasting 9 spacious bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms (including 2 ensuites-one featuring a corner spa bath), this impressive homestead can comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests or 18 guests in separate beds.
Tharah features a large brand new open-plan country-style kitchen with stone bench-tops, stainless steel appliances as well as an impressive country-style oven and cook-top, large enough to cater perfectly for those special family occasions and celebrations! The kitchen flows seamlessly into a large dining area with slow-combustion wood burning fire and breath-taking views over the in-ground pool to the surrounding vineyards and mountains beyond.
With 9 foot ceilings throughout, reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning, 2 over-size lounge areas featuring a double wood-burning fireplace, Tharah is the perfect choice to relax and unwind with your favourite glass of hunter vino! The large pet friendly yard means your best four-legged friend doesn't have to miss out on all that Tharah has to offer! (Please note the fencing is farm fencing and is not fully enclosed).
Tharah is remarkably private but is located just a short drive to concert venues and within walking distance to the Valley's finest restaurants and wineries. You have Peterson's Winery to the right, Briar Ridge directly across the road, and Bistro Molines and Tallavera Grove just 700m away.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $2000.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
