The lovely and cozy home décor will make you feel right at home. Enjoy a safe, clean property, meeting all safest policies to ensure you have a safe and healthy stay, with ample living and dining room space, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for your stay. A full-size washer and dryer are at the home for your use. Our 4 bedrooms are nicely and well decorated for your comfort and pleasant stay. Two of our bedrooms are equipped with king beds, with a charming decorations and 2 bedrooms are equipped with double and bunk beds, being decorated to create an attractive and pleasant environment.

Step out onto the patio and enjoy your own private swimming pool with conservation view, with NO REAR NEIGHBORS!!!
Optional add-ons for your stay: you can request to have the pool heated for an additional cost. The house also have a grill for guests use!

Amazing stay!!

We had an amazing experience staying at this property. The check in process was smooth and fast. We received all the information we needed to access the house 2 days before our stay. The property was gorgeous and very clean! We had 10 people staying and there was plenty of space for everyone. The rooms were very clean and super cozy. There is a TV in every room and the internet service was great! Very safe neighborhood and the property is close to Disney and Universal. We will definitely be returning to this property for future vacations!!

Great Location!

We've stayed at Champions Gate before so when I saw Claudio's listing, I knew that it's centrally located to where we want to go. Also, their club house is wonderful. We got to go for free and the kids loved it! There's a bunch of Champions Gate so you have to make sure to check which one you're going to. We got lost going here because the gps is giving us 3 possible locations (Kissimmee, Reuinion and Davenport). Make sure you go to the Reuinion, FL. Davenport will take you to a sketchy part of the neighborhood (although Davenport is listed in the address). It was already 11pm and we're lost, but Claudio still answered his phone for my inquiry about the address. We found the place and we're really happy we booked it! It was cool (ac's working, yey!), clean and bigger than expected! The bedrooms and common areas were spacious! It has a huge island where everyone could congregate. The pool was compact but cozy. The kids still had a wonderful time. Having 3 full baths was great. Washer/dryer was a must for us since we have kids and this unit has one. They have a small ironing board and iron which we didn't use, but it was nice to have one. Make sure you buy your utensils. Although it's provided, most of the spoons were missing. All of the other minor things we noticed in the place, we reported to Claudio and he's very accommodating. He dealt with it right away. We stayed there for a week and it was great! This townhouse has everything you need and more! Would definitely stay there again!

Nice community and area but won’t stay again!

The property was extremely dirty and poorly cleaned. Also there was no cable / internet for my entire stay. The bed in the master room had two completely different box springs which made the bed uneven. The walls had scuff marks and stains all over them. The pots and pans in the kitchen still had food stuck on them from previous stay. The bathroom shower curtain was extremely dirty. One of the bathrooms actually had poop stains in the bowl and blood on the toilet seat. And they had the nerve to put the paper cover over the seat as if they cleaned and sanitized it. More blood found in the shower as well. After spending my entire first day cleaning and sanitizing the house, I couldn’t even relax and watch tv. I most definitely will not be returning.

Very nice place! Only issues we had were that the neighbors were very loud while outside at the pool and the air conditioning vents could have some more airflow. We had to strategically close them to get the best airflow throughout the bedrooms at night.

Clean and cute

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and a nice location. The only thing that was misleading was pool and resort usage. The locations listed to use the pool and resort amenities told us this property is not allowed to use their amenities and pool. Please change that in your information guide for those who stay in the future, so if people want yo have access to pools they can know exactly which ones they are allowed and able to use.

Disney for the second time

The place was really nice although reaching out to property managers was not a great experience . I paid $140 to have the pool heated and no one ever came out. I called to speak with someone but nothing was ever done to correct the situation.

Nice place for families!

The property was beautiful and clean. It was a great place to stay with kids. We walked to a nearby park and enjoyed the clubhouse amenities. The only downfall was that the heater for the pool was broken for almost the entire trip. It was a busy time during spring break, so the property management was not as quick to respond or come and fix the heater. The property owner was very responsive and helped to get in contact with the property manager. We enjoyed heat in the pool for only one day of our trip, but the owner did reimburse the cost for some of those days.

Best so far

I have traveled quite frequently in the last few years to Orlando and stayed at several homes...this one by far was the best experience I’ve had throughout the trip...communication was extremely fast (within 5 minutes), the place was clean, beds were comfortable, the decor was very nice...I do plan on booking in this place for future trips to Orlando...excellent experience.

We visited Champions Gate on vacation and we fell in love with the location and the local atmosphere. From there to buy a vacation home so close to Disney and all other theme parks was an easy decision. We would definitely live there we could.
