Sit back and relax after a big day exploring the island, Free Wi FI
This is a 4 bedroom home with 4x queen bedrooms.
We also have 2x single trundle bed`s for an extra guest. and a port-a-cot for an infant. Available upon request.
An open plan lounge room with leather lounge, kitchen dining with access to a deck.
The main bedroom has en en suite with a bath a walk in shower double sink, the house`s main bathroom also has a bath (yes, that`s 2 baths!!), shower and a double sink as well, a separate toilet is also available
The house is heated/cooled by a full house ducted system.
The house faces east/north, so on sunny days gets great sun warmth.
The house is level with no stairs.

Garage, gates and in a quiet family suburb only a 8 minute drive to Launceston CBD.
Close to Supermarket, hairdresser, butcher and bakery.

We are dog lovers and are happy for you to bring your dogs along too! You just have to clean up after them.

If you are leaving early can you please send me a message, otherwise cleaning staff will turn up just after 10am. Unless you need longer, at $40 per hour. Arranged in advance.

Great location to stay

Beautiful outlook, warm, well presented, just lovely. We accessed many of the beautiful locations of Tasmania within a 2.5hr drive.

We had a lovely stay in Launceston. Not too far from the main town. Lots to see and do nearby. Worth checking out Cataract Gorge. An hour to Ben Lomond. The facilities, warmth and comfort was perfect

Family reunion

Home away from home

We had a lovely 2 night stay at this home just out of Launceston centre. The house was spacious and comfortable with everything our family needed to explore the sights. The views over the Tamar River are also beautiful. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful property

Wonderful clean property. Host provided lots of snacks and a fabulous Dolce Gusto coffee machine with coffee pods. House was warm and inviting. Launceston has lots of great cafes and restaurants, lovely bush places to go and see. Our week here was very special!

Modern home with peaceful river views

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this modern, well-appointed home. We also loved it's quiet location, lovely views and close proximity to town. Our friendly and attentive hosts made sure everything ran smoothly. In all, a great experience and highly recommended!

The house was just as good as the photos. It was really clean and well equipped with everything that we needed. Lovely views of the river and we saw pademelons on the front lawn in the evening. Christine is a wonderful host.

Riverview Great Stay

Christine ensured property very clean and welcoming. Followed up immediately on a query. Lovely bottle of wine inc with our 4 day stay. Fantastic having 4 x Queen bedrooms as that made our stay very comfortable. Also large drive in garage perfect for wet weather. Easy access to West Tamar & Launceston made our trip very easy.

Comfortable house with lovely view

We found the Riverside house was perfect for our needs while waiting to move into our new home. Christine was an exceptionally helpful host, she even came to the house in the evening when we could not get the TV remote to work. The property is well equipped and as shown in the listing.

Very Grateful

Communicating with Christine was a breeze and she responded quickly to all messages. She was extrememly thoughtful and went above and beyond what I would have expected during a difficult time for our family. The house was clean and spacious, giving family members room to find their own space. It accomodated my dog, which was a must. Highly recommended.

Riverside Tasmania

Great place to stay. My wife and myself and my 12 year old and 16 year old all loved the house. Wallabies in the front yard, 6.7 km from Launceston about 10 mins drive. Great walk around the wetlands and the Tamar. Turn left at the bottom of the street 800meters and walk around the wetlands you will see lots of bird life and pademelons. It is so nice to embracer the Tassie way of life.I would recommend this place to anybody. Christine was a perfect host and was easily contactable if we needed. Christine even supplied a lovely bottle of Tassie red wine for us which went well with our Chocolates from Latrobe. Thank you Christine for a lovely place to stay

Lovely house

Well presented clean home, house design was perfect for our Family get together. Consisting of 3 generations, plus the small dog. Had all the mod cons in kitchen plus plenty of utensils. The best part was it was all one level. The only comment is we did not find any instructions on leaving, we vacuumed the floors. But we’re unsure on what to do regards the bed linen. So I hope we made the right decision. The house was central for all the day trips we did. An enjoyable short holiday. Thank you. Regards Kath
