The only trouble we had was when the front door would not respond to our entering our code and we would be locked out. But the landowner was very responsive. also we loved the access to laundry and beach toys, and appreciated the laundry soap being there. Would like to stay again

The unit is as advertised, very clean, good communication with owner, easy to check in and very well located. I love that it comes with parking, and has everything needed to enjoy your stay. I’m looking forward to booking it again in the future.

This was an excellent rental property. Fantastic location. Sparkling clean. Air conditioning! And the host Sophia was wonderful to work with. The beach house was well stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs and beach towels. The chairs were in great condition and not run down like a lot of other places we have rented from in years past. Will definitely be a repeat renter. Thank you Sophia for a wonderful week of beautiful memories!

Great location, comfortable

Great location! Quick walk to the beach and great restaurants. Close enough to fun things to do but far enough to avoid a lot of noise at night. The beds were super comfortable and ac worked really well.

Came out to Huntington Beach to spend time with a friend who is local. The cottage is in a great location and close to everything on the Balboa Peninsula. Very comfortable and really enjoyed my time around Huntington, Laguna, and San Juan!
