Detached house located in quiet area near sea and shops (no need to take your car private parking next to the house)
Batz city of character where you can practice fishing, hiking on foot or by bike, discover heritage and gastronomy fleur de sel, St Guénolé cookies ... near Le Pouliguen (port), Le Croisic (wild coast) Guérande (medieval city and its salt marshes ) and La Baule.
Very functional housing and cupboards for storing suitcases.
Enclosed garden with terrace equipped with barbecue, hammock, sails and outdoor tap (back to the beach).

Très chouette

Maison mignonne avec terrasse très agréable. Logement très bien situé. On a adoré notre séjour à Batz Un peu limite en taille pour 2 adultes et deux enfants mais ça passe.

Très bon séjour, idéalement placé

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour entre terre, sel et mer. La résidence est très bien placé, près du centre ville, de la mer et de nombreux lieux de visites et promenades. Le logement est très agréable, pratique et complet. La piscine à quelques mètres est un plus, sans pour autant y avoir des inconvénients. A noter que nous avons pu stocker 2 vélos dans le petit jardin, ce qui est très pratique, en plus de la place de parking. Nous conseillons la biscuiterie Saint-Guénolé à 5 minutes à pied pour ses biscuits, brioches et autres spécialités ainsi que la paella de Hola Paella Presqu'ile.
