House in gated community 100 m from the beach, in the best corner of the beach, near the juquehy beach hotel. The condo has parking, swimming pool, sauna and tennis court, plus beach service.
The living room and the 3 bedrooms all with newly installed air conditioning. In the lower floor of the house has living room, kitchen and toilet, plus outdoor area with barbecue. In the intermediate has 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Upstairs has large master bedroom with en suite bathroom and terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped. Is there Wi-Fi. The house has never been rented previously. Sleeps 6 people.

Perfect amenities and location

We rented the property over the New Year holidays and everything worked out just fine. Five minutes walk to the beach. Beach tents installed every morning by the competent and friendly condo team (of course it helps if you speak some Portuguese). Clean and shaded pool area, very refreshing after the beach. Nicely maintained condo gardens. Well equipped kitchen. Very functional bathrooms (good showers). Nice terrace with BBQ. Clean bed-sheets and towels. No Wifi reception in the bedrooms but acceptable speed in the living room / kitchen area. Response and communicative owner. Will definitely consider renting again. Enjoy!
