Wonderful Palo Verde Meadows neighborhood close to everything. Greenbelt for daily walks and 5 house walk to private boat launch and marina
Beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 full bath single story home. Fully updated and remodeled kitchen. Patio overlooks the greenbelt and has gas BBQ, table and chairs, loungers and couch set. The area is ideal for walks and relaxing around the numerous greenbelts in the community. Public 9 hole golf course is around the corner at Chaparral. Several golf courses within a 10-mile radius. Super Walmart is .2 miles away for quick and easy shopping. Laughlin NV. is located 10 miles away. This is a non-smoking home. No dogs or children allowed, due to damage by previous renters.

Everything you need!

This lovely home was equipped with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay in a fantastic location. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe everywhere. Would recommend to anyone traveling in the Bullhead City area.
