This home has a surveillance camera in place and in use that faces the driveway area for security purposes.

No Garage Access.

***Important Winter Information***

Due to the hillside location and difficulty with winter access, it is important to be aware of the following.

From 11/15 - 4/15, icy conditions or snow levels in the driveway and parking areas can make navigation difficult between snow removal visits.

Only vehicles with high clearance and AWD/4WD are adequate and must have cables/chains available to install as needed to traverse the hillside.

The drive is long and has steep sections with no parking at the base of the hill.

Love Leavenworth will not be responsible for any towing charges.

The pool is open from May through September.

Please use caution and supervise children at all times.

The decks and balconies have secure railings but caution should be taken with children.

If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancelation policy.
