Nestled on 3 acres and minutes from downtown Leavenworth, this 6 bedroom lodge on 2 levels is ideal for family gatherings. Each level with its own kitchen and master bedroom with en-suite bath. The large upstairs living room is the perfect spot to relax at the wood burning stove, entertain at its charming wooden bar and fully stocked game selection. The theater room w/a 100-inch projection screen, surround sound and comfy theater seating is the perfect spot for a family movie night. Enjoy the fresh mountain air and partial views of the rugged enchantments from a wrap around deck and oversized hot tub. The kids will love the play set, sprawling lawn and games in the garage. 12 maximum occupancy. 6 vehicles maximum can be parked at the home.

Great family getaway!

We had a great time using this property as a basecamp to explore Leavenworth and the surrounding parks/trails with our kids. Lots of room for our 4, 5, and 7 year olds to explore and play while giving the adults their space.

Secluded, quiet and roomy. We had 9 of us staying here and there was so much space we didn’t even use! Great deck, close to town, very little traffic or even seeing the neighbors.

Excellent stay for a big family gathering. We were far away enough from town to really relax away from the busy parts of Leavenworth and close enough to go back and forth to town without any stress. Two living areas and kitchens were really nice and the game room in the garage was an added bonus. We will definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ann’s house - she was very responsive to any and all questions, and the house was fully stocked with anything you could need. Our kids loved the big yard and movie room, the adults loved the fire table at night.

A fabulous house for a big family

This house was perfect for a weekend trip with our adult children and all of the grandkids (aged 2-14!). Plenty of space for all without being together all of the time. The kitchen was well equipped too.

This was just about the perfect place to do an eighteenth birthday celebration from my oldest with aunts and uncles and cousin present .Only issues were the downstairs bunk room bed had been very soft in the middle and we could not find the remote for the theater room. Otherwise the location could not be beat. And the home was beautifully cleaned and decorated and it was a peaceful stay.

Great winter get-away property!

We take our family (immediate, extended family, and friends) on an annual vacation, and we chose Leavenworth as the spot for a winter trip. This was a perfect choice for accommodating all of us - lots of space, many amenities, close to town, etc. Very cozy and fun! Highly recommended.

Nice place and well stocked with amenities

We enjoyed our stay. Many vacation rentals don’t have enough kitchen appliances and utensils but this one was well stocked with kitchens both upstairs and downstairs. It’s in a neighborhood on the side of a mountain and feels very secluded with foliage all around. Less than a 10 minute drive from downtown Leavenworth, about 3 miles and very bikeable.

Great Family Snow Fun Getaway

perfect for three generations

Our group of 6 adults and 4 young kids loved the many books toys and outdoor play spaces. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and bedrooms allowed everyone to have their own space. This lodge is obviously well- cared for, and worth the money. We also loved the canal path. Leavenworth is a beautiful place.
