Villa Islander in Grace Bay

Islander is an elegant modern villa combining the luxuries of a small boutique resort with the barefoot style and comforts of a casual beach hideaway. Located one block from Grace Bay beach, this residence is walking distance to café and restaurants.

With four spacious bedrooms accommodating up to 10 guests, Villa Islander is an ideal vacation rental for families, multiple couples, and groups of friends seeking a stylish location in Grace Bay.

The home was designed to blend harmoniously with the landscape and to provide an ambiance of understated elegance with all the amenities necessary for celebration and relaxation, with all indoor areas under air conditioning, two pools, alfresco dining and a roof deck plus all the extras you could dream of – from sound systems to margarita glasses.

The layout consists of a Main House with a large open-plan dining and living area and a fully equipped kitchen, and the two master bedrooms, that yet afford a high degree of privacy tucked away from the social zone.

With glass on its four walls and the pool lapping the living room floor, the divisions between interior and exterior are visually eliminated and the resulting feeling of openness and connection to nature is totally blissful.

Leisurely convivial meals can be had around the elegant glass-topped dining table seating up to 10 persons. For alfresco dining just head outside to another rather rustic timber table (seating 12), magically suspended few inches above an infinity pool.

The other two bedrooms, which shares the same level of amenities and finishes of the masters, are situated few feet away in a stand-alone Garden House across the lawn. Both suites open to private garden views and are fitted with beautiful bathrooms and mini bars.

An abundance of glass doors, skylights, and clerestory windows flood the spaces of this home with natural light, that is filtered in strategic places by an intricate system of brise soleil made of alternating battens of wood. Mature palms swaying overhead and native plantings provide additional shade and privacy.

Each of the bedrooms suites offer a lovely haven for private downtime and peaceful sleep. They all feature: king-size beds, SPA-like bathrooms with rain showers, free-standing tubs and outdoor decks.

Grace Bay beach is a 5 minutes walk from the villa's pool deck

Arrive to a stocked kitchen, treat yourself to lazy days by the pool, relax on the pristine beachfront under the shade of a parasol prepared for you by the attentive villa staff or simply sit on the roof lounge and watch the day go by.

Beyond the residence’s grounds guests may snorkel in the crystal-clear lagoon waters of the “Coral Garden”, charter a boat to explore nearby islands and enjoy the laid-back atmosphere of nearby bars and restaurants.

The villa was absolutely beautiful—just like the photos, but seeing it in person takes it to another level! (And that’s no exaggeration.)We were greeted by the host, Alessandro, and his daughter, Raquel, who were both very pleasant and welcoming. It is a beautiful property, you and your family or freinds will feel like you are alone in an oasis. By far my family was thrilled with the pool, this was the congregation area for everyone. The principal part of the house was also wonderful, breakfast, lunches and dinners were made all the more special thanks to the open design. Rooms were huge and the bathrooms were especially large and modern. Beach access was a short walk and that stretch of beach was pretty quiet and we had it to ourselves the whole week. they put out chairs so you can sit there and enjoy the view of the beach, however we found ourselves in the water the whole time. Alessandro, the owner and the main contact, was very very helpful and wonderful in sharing suggestions to make your stay memorable. Truly a wonderful experience and we hope to return in the future. I, and my family, would highly recommend.

We stayed in the Villa with three other couples. Beautiful house and property. 2 min walk to beach with private chairs / umbrellas. Alessandro and Raquel were excellent to deal with. We utilized their grocery stocking service, which eliminated a lot of hassle for us. Highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Turks.

The property is better than advertised! Very spacious and comfortable. The water is beautiful and great snorkeling right off the beach. The manager was so helpful day to day. My 60TH birthday was in my top 3 of all the places I been. You can't go wrong with this house. See you soon again.

We loved the property. There were 4 couples and the villa accommodated all us extremely comfortably. We loved hanging by the pool when we were not at the beach. Alessandro was an excellent host and helped us with transportation and was responsive with any questions. His pride of ownership was readily evident. There was a power outage while we were there and the house was completely on generator, so no impact at all. I would highly recommend Villa Islander for a group.

An architectural marvel that magically merges luxury and nature. From the moment you step into the property, you are surrounded by beauty. You're immediately mesmerized by the gorgeous pool and the spacious living room/dining room / kitchen, but as you tour the entire property you realize attention to detail has been paid very carefully to every bedroom and bathroom and the overall layout. The daily staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. And our Host Alessandro was gracious, inviting, and supportive from when he personally welcomed us at the property, throughout the stay and when he stopped by to bid us farewell. The surrounding neighborhood is currently under major development which the listing clearly states, but after a very quick walk to the beach, you are rewarded with a VERY generous stretch of Bight Beach that no one else is on. While it is a public beach, few passersby stroll past throughout the day which makes it easily feel like you have your own expansive private beach throughout your stay. If you're looking for luxury, privacy and the splendors of Providenciales without the crowds, this is the rental to book.

We had four couples for this vacation in September and this home was set up perfectly for our group. Because the property is not right on the beach, we definitely felt it was more private. The walk is an easy one on a private path to the beach. It was great having all four bedrooms with a private bath and king bed. All the staff was fabulous- helpful and welcoming. It was such a nice touch to have the beach chairs and umbrellas set up every day and fresh beach towels. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to come back for a stay! Robin Austin, Texas

Beautiful home and location

Girls 50th birthday vacation and it couldn’t have been at a more perfect place. Rooms were beautifully designed, beds were comfortable and high end linens, location was fantastic - close to a lot but yet private and quiet. Claudia and Elwood treated us like family and were so helpful and kind. Alessandro was away so we didn’t meet, yet he was easily available by WhatsApp and handled any small issues quickly. Modern Luxury with all the comforts of home

We had an incredible stay at Villa Islander. The home was impeccably maintained and close to everything. The attention to detail was evident throughout the home and throughout our stay. The housekeeper and groundskeeper took great care of us. We enjoyed the private beach with the chairs set up for us daily. We also had a phenomenal experience with the in home chef that the host arranged for us. The host made sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this home and we will definitely be back! The Perfect Villa

Villa Islander was an incredible place to spend several weeks in Turks & Caicos. Not only is the location ideal on Grace Bay Beach but away from most of the resorts, the villa is an incredible architectural masterpiece. The glass and views of the pool and lush tropical landscaping made it incredibly relaxing. The short walk to the beach allowed us privacy but easy to access as well. Finally, the host and staff managing and taking care of the villa were absolutely incredible and made the experience one of our best. We have travelled to the island on numerous occasions, always staying in private villas, and Villa Islander is on the top of that list for all of the reasons noted.

Paradise delivered!

My family of 5 had a beautiful stay at this gorgeous property to celebrate my husband’s Birthday. I have travelled to many gorgeous islands and beaches in the world and this is one of the top properties. You feel like you are in a tropical jungle yet you are steps away from what feels like a private beach. The water is crystal clear, there is world class snorkeling a short walk away. Bars and restaurants are also a short walk away yet far enough not to disturb your views or beach access. The place is an architectural gem and has everything you need to be comfortable within minutes of entering. The staff is friendly and extremely competent. Everything was top notch and a sheer delight.. I look forward to going back and would recommend to anyone who likes ease and luxury steps away from white beaches and blue water.

Doesn't get any better.

Wow. Absolute first class experience, and every bit as wonderful as it's portrayed here. The home is exquisitely designed and well laid out for 8, it's an easy private walk to the best section of beach in the area, and the home staff could not be more pleasant or helpful. On top of that, Alessandro was a thoughtful communicator and very easy to work with. Wonderful memories made. Don't hesitate. We'll be back.

Why they chose this property

Villa Islander is incredibly well located and very close to the beach. Not being a direct beachfront property comes with the advantage of enjoying an added level of privacy. The villa is at the end of a no-through road in a residential neighborhood with other expats houses and resorts nearby. The commercial hub in Grace Bay with a great variety of gourmet restaurants, grocery stores and shops can be reached by car in few minutes. Our dedicated villa staff come included in the rate and will provide assistance during the day (lady housekeeper) and in the night (security guard).
