Great vacation spot and fantastic house.

The property was great. All the rooms were clean and spacious. The community was private and a great location to bring the family. The close access to the beach and pool was perfect. I would rent again.

Great host and great place!

This was the perfect size for a trip for 8+ girls. Great bathrooms, rooms and space to have this kind of a trip. The hosts were very sweet too. They left a nice little book for us to take home, and even called to make sure we were having a good stay. Would highly recommend this stay again!

Awesome Rental Property

Great location, perfect for a couples or girls trip to the beach. Set-up is great with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and very comfortable bedding and linens. Love being on the boardwalk and easy acess to tennis, golf, bike rentals and live music at night at boardwalk. Will definitely rent again!

Bachelorette/Bachelor Trip

My fiancé and I stayed here with our bridal party for a long weekend and it was great! We kept getting compliments about finding such a great place for the weekend. The house was clean and Darlene was easy to get in touch with and great at providing directions/instructions for the place! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful and relaxing!

Great place to enjoy all that Charleston has to offer and to combine beaches and pool time with a beautiful house to stay in! Everything you could need is in the house and it is a modern well kept property. We will be back!

Convenient and spacious!

This unit had a fantastic location in the middle of it all. A short walk to the beach as well as all of the pools. Also the provided beach wagon and chairs were super convenient! The layout worked out excellent for us with each bedroom having its own bathroom. We’d definitely stay again.

Perfect getaway!

We had an amazing experience at Jon and Kathy’s home. Not only is it the perfect location within Wild Dunes, but the house is made for families! The bedrooms are large and have beautiful bathrooms. The porch and living room areas are ideal for hanging out all together. The house had everything we needed. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Girls trip 2021 post covid

Wonderful place! Close to everything. We went kayaking shopping sightseeing in Mt. Pleasant and Charleston then return for day at the beach. Perfect!

Great house, perfect location

We had a great stay! The house is very well appointed, the kitchen has everything you need, and the beds are super comfortable! The location is excellent, close to everything. The property manager was so helpful too - responding right away to questions. We left something behind and she offered to mail it back to us. We would definitely rent this Wild Dunes house again!

Wonderful Experience

We had a wonderful time at Isle of Palms! This unit was really terrific! Very nicely furnished and appointed. Everything in good working order. Washer/Dryer. Beds were very comfortable and linens top notch. Right on the boardwalk and short walk to the two ocean front pools, restaurants, market, etc. Beach chairs provided. Two great golf courses. Loved the fact that beach towels are provided by the resort on a daily basis and we didn't have to wash/dry them. Short drive into Charleston. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely make a return trip!

Perfect family vacation home.

This home is exactly as advertised. It was extremely comfortable for the 6 adults and 2 children in our party. The location was incredible. We could spend the day at the beach or pool and go back to the house as many times as necessary for anything we needed. I have never stayed in a VRBO so well stocked and having everything in working condition. All the beach chairs were in great shape and we loved the wagon for transporting all of our things. We also had our introduction to the Shibumi tent. I can only say i will be purchasing one. Beds were super comfy and kitchen had everything we needed. We plan on renting this home again. It is 5 stars plus!

The house has an excellent location in the Wild Dunes Resort on the Boardwalk with a short walk to the Grand Pavilion, pools and beautiful beach. I enjoyed my fifth golf trip to this comfortable home in March 2017 and will be taking my immediate and extended family there for vacation in June. Jon and Kathy make you feel like an honored guest in a fine home with outstanding furnishings plus a very well equipped kitchen. This is a wonderful vacation spot for anyone interested in golf, tennis, relaxing in the sunshine on the beach or sightseeing in and around nearby Charleston. Dining out is quite outstanding with a wide variety of nearby outstanding restaurants to choose from. I look forward to enjoying the house with my family this summer as well as continuing my twice a year golf trips in the spring and fall! I highly recommend this property for families and groups of friends with two queen beds and full bathrooms in each of the four bedrooms!

Great place to stay

Loved it here. Location was wonderful and easy access to beaches and pools and restaurants. Property manager was always in contact to answer all the questions. Super nice people. :)

Great stay, noisy neighbors

The property was clean, the beds comfortable and the location to the beach convenient. The only negative was the noise from the neighbors across the boardwalk. We had to call security twice at 3:30am and 4:45am. They apparently couldn’t find the ten people standing in front of unit 124 on the boardwalk so the noise never dissipated. Uber/lyft are few and far between. We had to have the Boardwalk hotel book transportation for us to downtown Charleston and to the airport.

Perfect spot in Wild Dunes.

We had 4 couples stay for the Cooper River Bridge Run. We could not have asked for a better house to stay at. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. Short walk to the pool and beach. The owners and concierge were helpful and made sure we knew what to expect. We all had had the best time and will be back!

Exceeded our expectations!

We were most impressed with the cleanliness, floor plan, and fully stocked kitchen, living room and bedrooms. Two double beds in each room with private bath. Iron and ironing board in every room. The beds were super comfortable! You could host a Thanksgiving for family in this home as the cupboards had everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect! Just a lovely, lovely home!

Engagement Weekend 💟

We had a wonderful week!! The communication was awesome!! I texted Darlene about parking. She didn’t text back…she called. I never had to wait for any answers to questions. The house was as described. We felt at home immediately!! Everything was clean, well stocked…ready for us to enjoy our vacation. The location…priceless. Two pools, beach bar/restaurant and nightly music. I’m telling you…you can’t go wrong!! We loved it so much…we have already booked it for next year!! My daughter got engaged while we were here!! Next year, we are staying again but after the wedding fun in Charleston. Thank you to the Jarrell’s for an amazing vacation at Wild Dunes in their beautiful home.

Great Beach Vacation

Me, my husband, our children and grandchildren all enjoyed our stay at Sunny Dunes. There is plenty of room for everyone and the location is great. The only thing missing is an ocean view. We will definitely rent again on our next trip to Wild Dunes.
