The house was beautiful and was well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. However, the hot water to the home did not work, despite numerous communications with the property manager, they were not able to get it repaired during our stay. Thankfully, they provided a generous refund of a portion of our rental fee.

I stayed in this house 6 yrs ago and it looks like no maintenance has been done over the years. There are marks on walls. Fronts of stairs need cleaning, no bed skirt in one room. No finials on some of the lamps. Loose kitchen cabinet knobs. Back porch area and table as well as the underneath parking area needs a good pressure wash. The was a broke toilet paper holder and rusty tent frame that needed to go to the trash in parking area. Those stairs and entry door from parking area was nasty too. The water pressure was horrible and the water temperature was inconsistent while taking a shower. Management was called and they sent someone before we left to see what was wrong. They found that something needed to be repaired, but it could not be fixed before we checked out which I understood. This is a nice house but needs some attention. Location was great. We love the pool area also.
My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was so perfect! Location is great to the beach, short drive to everything we did on IOP. Love that every bedroom had its own bathroom!
Loved that everyone had their own bathroom and TV. House was within walking distance to restaurants and retail. Easy access to beach as well. Comfortable beds.
Property was perfect for our family! Everyone enjoyed having their own bathroom and the screened in porch was an added bonus. The home was tastefully decorated and Vacasa was very responsive to our questions and needs.
Everything was as advertised, had a great time. Wi-Fi did not work when we got there and a slow response time getting it working (day and a half). House was clean and comfortable
We were a group of 4 couples. This house was perfect. Each bedroom has its own bath. Plenty of rooms/space for us to spread out to work, watch tv, or just relax. Beautiful kitchen with a huge island. Cute den for early morning coffee time until it got watt enough to move to the screened porch. And a short walk to the beach.
This house was great for a weekend gathering of our family. It is comfortable, with a large great room and added benefits of a large kitchen, a small “private sitting room” and a comfortable screen porch. Our family of four adult couples needed time to catch up and this house was perfect. The short walk to the beach was great, but our visit was more about connecting to each other. Of course, nearby shopping and great restaurants are a benefit. The house is a bit older but in good shape and was very clean on our arrival. Be warned that the 5th bedroom is off the large master, so not very private. We had everything we needed, and all appliances and fixtures worked well. Since we come from four separate locations, the parking for our four cars made it a perfect rental.
Great house and location. Few hiccups. It is not advertised that the only way to get to bedroom 5 is through the master. No good! No stopper for the jetted tub! Master sink drains super slow and door to bedroom by laundry sticks terribly waking everyone up in the house. But. Fabulous house. Great porches. Great kitchen. Very well stocked.
Emily the property manager very attentive.
Cold water for first 24 hrs. , no hot water
Washing machine moldy
Grill very bad condition
Furniture worn
All beds uncomfortable. King bed two very indented areas from mattress not being turned.Queen beds worn, could feel springs
Back porch dirty
Great layout for large family
Great location
Grill was fixed by day 5
Hot water by day 2
We bought bleach and cleaned washer
Very expensive, expected it to be immaculate and it wasn’t

Hi William, thank you for sharing your feedback and bringing some items to our attention that may need to be fixed and improved. We are so sorry if our standards were not met during your time with us. We have forwarded your feedback to the local staff so they can work to improve the home and amenities for future guests. We hope you'll give us a second chance to impress you!
This is a house with lots of room for our family of 10. The location to the beach was just a quick walk. However, the house needs some updating and attention. The kitchen was sparsely supplied. Old pot holders which were dirty and thin. There was no casserole dish. On our arrival we noticed the washing machine was very gunky. It worked until Wednesday morning. Therefore for 3 days we had no way to wash our clothes or wet bathing suits and beach towels. And we had an almost 2 year old with us. I understand things break unexpectedly but it would seem the owner would have replaced it knowing it was old and with weekly renters coming in. We had almost planned to rebook for next year but after this decided to get a house that was more recently updated with newer appliances and better stocked kitchen.

Overall, the house itself and location is great. Right next to the boardwalk and easy access to the other restaurants. Quick walk to beach and pool. We had a full house ages ranging from 8 months to 85. Plenty of space for all. Overall, the house was not super clean. The floors made our feet dirty almost instantly. House cleaning had to come back the next day for a few things. However, I will not rent this house again as long as it’s managed by Vacasa. When we checked in, we noticed the AC upstairs was not coming on. It was 82-85 degrees upstairs (where 4 out of 5 bedrooms were located). We immediately used the Vacasa text line and they said there’s nothing that can be done after 5 pm. There was no offer to bring fans or anything. For the next 24 hours, there was absolutely zero communication about the status of sending a technician out. I spent almost half my day in the phone with various levels of Vacasa and they would always say “the local office isn’t answering”. Long story short, an emergency technician came out at 8 pm the next night. He said they are 24/7 and come out all the time. He also hadn’t received the call toCome out until that afternoon. Why had 24 hrs gone by and he just got the call? It was all a complete mess. Once we finally got a hold of the GM for the area, things got moving. But that was only thru our own investigation into his email address. In the end, it got fixed and the GM made sure we were compensated but the experience with Vacasa was awful

Despite the location, we wouldn't recommend renting this house without significant repairs and updates. It's not five bedrooms, it's four bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a den (the twin beds in photos) that is only accessible through the primary. The day of check in we were notified that the dryer was broken and told it would be fixed by Tuesday which ultimately became Thursday. On Friday, after just a few loads of laundry the ceiling in the living area began to leak. Water leaks out of at least two of the bathtubs while showering. The hot water was very inconsistent throughout the bathrooms. The day we arrived at the house we realized that the refrigerator wasn't operating. Two people over the next two days to check the fridge which was ultimately fixed Tuesday evening. During the wait and after requests by us, Casago ultimately provided two small fridge/freezer units. On all but one occasion (fridge or dryer) someone showed up to the house unannounced despite requests to be given a window for arrival and notification if someone was coming over. The house has three porches that all are in need of a deep cleaning. The sun deck off the den has two old and broken Adirondack chairs. Throughout the week, we requested verbally and in writing to speak with management and told no. There was a primary contact and while she was overall responsive to calls, she can't fix this house.
