Close to everything - plenty of space

This was the perfect getaway for our family. Plenty of space, cute yard and close to everything. The tile floor was long over due for a mopping but overall this place was clean and had everything we needed!

This place was great! We loved the location and were able to walk to a lot of places. We used the kitchen for a night and it had everything we needed. Everyone was able to sleep comfortable. Would use again.

Great house in a great area

This was the perfect house for a family of 4 (could hold a few more). Walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and the downtown area. Would definitely rent this house again. Meredith Lodging was easy to work with and very communicative.

Great place to stay in Bend. Very comfortable and spacious. Movie theater room is a nice bonus space. Only thing that happened was the water heater died and needed to be reset which we were able to figure out pretty easily.

Superb Bend Rental

What an absolutely amazing location and property at the Davenport! Walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. The house is so comfortable and fully stocked. We loved the wood stove and the open space. I will rent this place every time I come to Bend if available.

Cool House

We enjoyed the house…it was cool yet cozy, spacious yet inviting. My youngest teen really liked the media room. We enjoyed our stills around the neighborhood and the ability to walk to breakfast. Great location and great space!

Unique home!

Beautiful home in a great location. It was very cold in the home when we arrived, chilly enough that it impacted our ability to have a relaxing evening… other than that the home is super great!

Nice spot

House was pretty, clean, and spacious. Street parking only but not hard to find a spot. Walkable to distance to some bar’s and restaurants or a short car ride to the downtown district. When I went the weather was in the 20s to 30s and it was hard to heat up the main part of the house- thermostat was locked and you were supped to heat up the house with a wood stove heater but that didn’t really work. The rooms did have wall heaters which worked but it was freezing in the living room and kitchen . Overall a good stay besides being cold.

Great house

This house is truly a work of art and truly stunning. There was plenty of space for our multi-gen family and it is incredibly cozy. The kitchen is great for cooking while still feeling like you’re spending time with the people you travelled with. We spent most of our time in front of the wood burning stove (although there was no newspaper for lighting the fire - we managed) playing games, reading, eating. For us one of the best parts of the house is that it is quiet and therefore we didn’t have to tip toe around while our infant was sleeping. The house is so solid you really don’t hear anyone else moving around. We walked to the river every day also. Downtown is not within walking distance but this didn’t bother us. I feel that this trend of guests having to do their own laundry when paying hundreds of dollars per night is a little cheap. This request was to “help out the wonderful staff” (or something of the like) but perhaps show your staff they are appreciated via paying them for the time it takes to fully turn over a house and allow more time for turnover. Nonetheless, the house met our expectations!

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!

Adorable home that is even better in person than the photos! Location is excellent for newbies trying to explore Bend. Two boys age 11 and 9 LOVED the house and will have amazing memories forever. Would absolutely rent here again!

Not for families

Pros: comfy beds and lots of space Cons: Dishes were not washed, stairs were too steep, edges of table dangerous to children, no space for groceries, one of the kids beds had rainbow marks all over it . Lastly no driveway to park in.
