Tall cathedral ceilings, house sits on 7 acres of land with no site of neighbors. Hot Tub, Huge Game Room, Pool table, Ping Pong, outside Fire Pitt to enjoy cooking marshmallows in the wild.

Extra $100 per person for an additional guest for parties over 10 people.
If not notified about an additional guests the fine of $200 will be charged plus the fee for the additional guests.
Prom parties are extra $1500 charge for up to 10 people, message me prior the booking.

Early check in $200 fee if available please check with me for availability.
Late check out $200 fee if available please check with me for availability.

If the guests are still at the house when housekeeper arrived 15 minutes after check out time $100 will be charged automatically.
