Completely renovated in 2020, this four bedroom home in the private kid-friendly waterfront community of Great Harbors is perfect for a Cape Cod summer getaway. Just a short walk to the association clubhouse, which features a pool and toddler wading pool with lifeguards, tennis courts, playground, shuffleboard, baseball field, and basketball court. The community has a two mile circle that is ideal for family biking, walking and running. This home comfortably sleeps 10 with central A/C!

The Space:
- Brand new kitchen with a quartz island, stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, and open floor plan with a large bright dining room
- Relax in the heated sun porch with an over-sized leather sectional couch, and large TV
- The living room is a bright and cozy place to hang out with leather furniture, fireplace and TV
- Two large sunny bedrooms upstairs
- Bedroom #1 (upstairs)- king bed, brand new mattress
- Bedroom #2 (upstairs)- two twin beds, brand new mattresses
- One fully renovated bathroom upstairs with tub and shower
- Bedroom #3 (downstairs)- queen bed, brand new mattresses
- One fully renovated bathroom downstairs with tub and shower
- Lower level is large and bright with two trundle beds (sleeps 4), new mattresses, new hardwood floors, washer/ dryer and walkout to backyard
- Brand new pack & play and baby high chair
- Spacious backyard features an outdoor shower, large deck, grill, and plenty of room to play
- Many bikes, beach chairs, and beach toys available for renters to enjoy

This home is about a mile to Menahaunt beach, Bristol beach, and Falmouth Heights beach and just a few minutes to golf courses, bike paths, Freedom Boat Club, charter fishing boats, island ferries, shopping, and dining. Falmouth is also known for its July 4th fireworks on the beach and the well known Falmouth Road Race. Neighborhood activities at the clubhouse and pool include kids night and social events, swimming lessons and private tennis lessons available. Kayaking, sailing and boating steps away on the bay with access to the ocean.

Great stay—clean, comfy and lots of activities

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very clean and had everything we needed! The neighborhood is great with lots of nearby activities including the pool/pickle ball. We have been renting different homes in this area for several years and this is the best rental we have stayed by far! Thank you for a great vacation!

Great house and location!

We had a fun family vacation from 8/10-8/17/24. The house was perfect in every way! It was very clean and nicely decorated. The house and location provided many amenities for all of us to enjoy. I would definitely recommend renting this house!

We love Falmouth

We had a great week in Falmouth. The house was charming and perfect for our family. We especially appreciated the outdoor shower and available bicycles for a spin around the neighborhood. A great spot for families with young kids with access to a pool and playground. Highly recommend!

The house is at a corner off a very busy intersection. While running the A/C to be comfortable on the first floor it became too cold to sleep downstairs and we need fans to be comfortable in the upstairs bedrooms.other than that those was excellent

Better than we imagined!

Beautifully renovated home. Not an inch untouched and not considered for a superior vacation stay. Well appointed kitchen - bowls, knives, glasses, pans, appliances - etc. all new. Games, tvs, linens, and mattresses … perfect … and the list goes on. Lovely curb appeal in central location. Definitely recommend. Perfect for 3 couples and a 3-4 kids or teens.

Amazing Family Cape Week

We just got home from a perfect week at this home in Falmouth! The house could not have been better set up for our family - 4 adults (grandparents included) and a 5 and 2 yr old. The homeowners thought of every detail that made this so easy to come to! We came with way more than needed because they had tons of beach towels, pool towels, beach chairs, bikes, boogie boards…everything!! The kitchen was well stocked as well. There was much more space than anticipated, and we also enjoyed the lovely backyard and dining area after nights of grilling out. The Great Harbors neighborhood was also very nice - the pool was never too crowded and everyone was so friendly with some fun events throughout the week. I would not hesitate at all to book this home - you will not be disappointed!!

Can't say enough good about this house! So easy to enjoy all the cape has to offer. The house is clean, updated, linens & towels are fresh (and some may even have been replaced since our stay last year). The grill was clean and working well. The locations is so convenient. Great back yard. Everything you need is already thought of. We will be back next year......

Wonderful stay in Falmouth!

Literally Erin thought of everything. From the lovely welcome packet to check-out reminder email, it was such a great experience. The house is perfectly appointed, clean, inviting and warm. Erin's recommendations for food and activities was spot on as well. We had the best time at the pool, days at the beach and enjoying the back deck and wonderful kitchen. You cannot go wrong by choosing this property. We hope to visit again in the future! Thank you Erin!

Summer week

House is newly renovated with all amenities, dishwasher, AC, washer/dryer, bedding, beach towels, and all beach gear! Super cute, safe neighborhood to stroll and bike with a community pool and lifeguards so parents can relax a bit. Beach was a short drive, too far to walk. Downtown Falmouth was a 10 min drive. Overall perfect vaca home. It's 3 bedrooms with a finished basement that can sleep 4 easily. We had 2 families and it was a bit tight, perfect for a single family. The owner was really responsive and helpful with all questions before and during the stay. Definitely felt taken care of on all aspects of the stay.

Great Experience

This property is top notch. Very clean - with good kitchen supplies and good beds, both important to me! Bathrooms are updated and easy to keep clean while there. Outside shower and overall house water pressure was fantastic. The backyard was easy to entertain our extended family for a bday celebration. Bikes are in great shape, and there are good beach chairs, towels, soaps, etc -made our week away so refreshing and easy to do (as we were in town from Chicago and could only bring so much). Location is ideal, close to everything. Would definitely stay here again. I've stayed at many homes on the cape and this is one of our tops!! Owners were super responsive and nice to work with.

Location, location, location!

Beautiful quaint house, nicely decorated and sunroom and kitchen area provided nice gathering areas for all. Short walk to the pool and tennis courts and short bike ride to the beaches and fishing.

Wonderful House in Falmouth

Perfect vacation getaway. House beautifully decorated and located in a convenient part of town. It is stocked with chairs, towels and toys for the beach. Bikes are available for the guests. We spent many days enjoying the pool and tennis courts which are a quick walk down the street. We loved the outdoor shower after a day spent at the beach. The kitchen was a joy to cook in. Additionally, Erin was very responsive to all my questions and she considered every detail that made our stay so nice.

Spectacular!

This property and the overall experience was nothing short of spectacular! The home owner was extremely responsive with all of my questions, mostly due to COVID-19 concerns. The pictures of the home did it no justice—It was absolutely stunning, well equipped and super clean! Everything you can imagine, they had...from body boards, beach chairs, bikes, etc. As a frequent renter of vacation home properties, I was particular impressed with the little things by the homeowner: Recommendations of beaches, restaurants—list of instructions on how to use their technology and it actually worked as instructed. Overall, we had a great vacation with family—East Falmouth area is great with it’s beaches and restaurants! I would 100% stay here again.

Perfect cape house

We had a wonderful time at this rental. The house is newly renovated and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped as we cooked most of our meals here. The backyard was a wonderful spot to hang out and and we used the outdoor shower and grill every day. In addition to the great house, the community that the house is in is amazing. There is a community pool, tennis courts, and playground, that we used many times. I would highly recommend a stay in this house and we hope to come back again!
