Amazing cottage with HOT TUB, warm interior and magical views. From the deck you can see HEKLA VOLCANO, the queen of Icelandic volcanoes. The cottage offers a Home-away-from-Home environment which is a traveler's dream.

WINTER SERVICE:
We take care of all our guests and we clear the snow from the road as often as necessary! Many other accommodations do not offer this service.

EYVÍK Cottage is a STUNNING 32 square meter cottage with HOT TUB located in the south of ICELAND. The most perfect LOCATION for the GOLDEN CIRCLE. The cottage is well equipped and beautifully furnished, built by its owners. It can ACCOMMODATE up to 4 people, with ONE BEDROOM and a comfortable SLEEPING COUCH in the living room. There is a 55" SMART TV (with NETFLIX) in the living room. EYVÍK Cottage has a magnificent fully EQUIPPED KITCHEN. The bathroom has a good warm shower.

The views all around the cottage are magnificent with MOUNTAINS stretching out in the surroundings. There's 30 square meter private deck/patio which lies on two sides of the cottage equipped with a cozy HOT TUB (ready to use all year round) and a BBQ GRILL – Perfect for enjoying the spectacular views, star gazing and catching the NORTHERN LIGHTS. Enjoying the SUNRISE and the NATURE at the deck/patio is a rememberable EXPERIENCE. The cottage has of course FREE PARKING SPACE.

At EYVÍK Cottage, you'll experience staying in ICELANDIC NATURE at its finest no matter what the season.

Winter wonderland

Wonderful stay at the cabin. The place was clean and cozy. Everything you need for one or more nights! The hot tub is very nice but during the harsh winter temps it didn’t feel very warm. It would probably be the perfect temperature for your trip in the summer. Would recommend this place!

Cute Cabin

AMAZING CABIN. This place was perfect for us , location is remote, but only 20 mins from town. Hosts were great for communicating, they give u a manual with very helpful locations of grocery/liquer stores. Check in and out is easy , directions are perfect. Hosts are on hand and nearby with anything u could need/want but also provide you with your own space which I think is a perfect combination. Hot tub is unreal - we spent our evenings outside in the tub watching for the northern lights (we didn’t see them unfortunately) but nonetheless it was great for aching bones after long strenuous hikes each day. Also the sun rises are out of this world!! I highly recommend booking this cabin if u are looking for remote location within driving distance of southern Iceland’s main attractions! Don’t wait just book it!!!

Der Wahnsinn!

Wir haben drei Jahre auf diesen Urlaub gewartet (Corona) und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Eyvik Cottages sind perfekt für zwei Personen, die mit einem Mietwagen den Golden Circle erkunden wollen. Das Cottage war sauber, warm, trocken und gemütlich. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Smari ist ein toller Gastgeber. Die Aussicht und der Hot Tub, wir werden den Urlaub nie vergessen. Wenn das Nordlicht kommt sieht man es in diesem Cottage auf jeden Fall. Keine Nordlichter-Jagd nötig! Wir waren begeistert!

Beautiful Location

First of all we must say that our host, Smari, was a pleasure to meet with and very helpful. The property was amazing. We have no criticism at all - everything was perfect. Having a hot tub was a bonus and we used it on many occasions. It was central to many of the sites we wanted to visit. Thank you Smari.

Superschönes Cottage in toller Lage zum Besuch des Golden Circle

Wir haben hier eine Woche verbracht und haben von dort Ausflüge und Wandertouren in die Region gemacht. Tolle ruhige Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattetes Cottage. Wir haben den Hot Tub jeden Tag genutzt und dabei den Ausblick genossen. Wir würden dieses Cottage jederzeit wieder buchen. 👍😊

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus!

Wir waren 10 Tage lang in diesem Cottage und es war einfach wunderbar!!! Die Ausstattung ist top (v.a. der Hotpool!!!!) und die Lage ist sensationell. Man hat hier seine Ruhe, wie man es sich von einem perfekten Urlaub vorstellt :-). Viele Highlights der spektakulären Natur Islands können von hier aus ohne allzu lange Anfahrt besucht werden. Die beste Unterkunft während unseres Islandaufenhaltes

Smari ist ein sehr netter Vermieter der uns herzlich empfangen hat. Das Cottage ist der Wahnsinn, sauber gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit dort, und können es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Absolutes Highlight ist der private Hotpool auf der Veranda der immer mit frischem warmen Wasser gespeist wird. Wir können dieses Cottage zu 100% weiterempfehlen und werden dort bei unserem nächsten Islandurlaub defenitiv ein paar Tage verbringen. Danke für alles Smari Mario und Caro
