EYVÍK Cottage #1 on the Golden Circle

Amazing cottage with HOT TUB, warm interior and magical views. From the deck you can see HEKLA VOLCANO, the queen of Icelandic volcanoes. The cottage offers a Home-away-from-Home environment which is a traveler's dream.

WINTER SERVICE:
We take care of all our guests and we clear the snow from the road as often as necessary! Many other accommodations do not offer this service.

EYVÍK Cottage is a STUNNING 32 square meter cottage with HOT TUB located in the south of ICELAND. The most perfect LOCATION for the GOLDEN CIRCLE. The cottage is well equipped and beautifully furnished, built by its owners. It can ACCOMMODATE up to 4 people, with ONE BEDROOM and a comfortable SLEEPING COUCH in the living room. There is a 55" SMART TV (with NETFLIX) in the living room. EYVÍK Cottage has a magnificent fully EQUIPPED KITCHEN. The bathroom has a good warm shower.

The views all around the cottage are magnificent with MOUNTAINS stretching out in the surroundings. There's 30 square meter private deck/patio which lies on two sides of the cottage equipped with a cozy HOT TUB (ready to use all year round) and a BBQ GRILL – Perfect for enjoying the spectacular views, star gazing and catching the NORTHERN LIGHTS. Enjoying the SUNRISE and the NATURE at the deck/patio is a rememberable EXPERIENCE. The cottage has of course FREE PARKING SPACE.

At EYVÍK Cottage, you'll experience staying in ICELANDIC NATURE at its finest no matter what the season.

Delightful Little Cottage

It was a very nice cottage in a great location. It is definitely small house living but was plenty big enough for my wife and I. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was in very good condition. The living area was well windowed and the views were spectacular. Very peaceful and serene, but not too far from a bunch of really good eating places as well as Selfoss, which was a much larger town than I expected.

Wonderful Iceland Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at one of the Eyvik cottages. The location is perfect; private, but with Selfoss close enough to have access to shopping and other types of entertainment. During the day we explored the beauty of the region. Natural hot springs are very close. There is great hiking. We explored the Bobby Fischer museum, coffee shops and bookstores. The cottage itself is simple and beautifully done. I loved the layout and amenities. We spent a good deal of time in the hot tub, made some great meals, and just spent time relaxing. The hosts are extremely accommodating. We were coming off of a long hike and wanted some fresh clothes for our stay. The hosts were willing to receive a box we sent out prior to our hike and have it put in our room by the time we arrived. They were all around fantastic and responsive to our requests and questions. I would highly recommend staying at one of the Eyvik cottages.

New Years Eve in Eyvýk cottage

We had a great time! Great cabin in beautiful surroundings. Everything was as promised and the cabin was clean. Enjoying the northern lights from a hot tub was the icing on the cake.
