Park-like setting, tucked away in a secluded bluff-side cul de sac, this beautiful quiet main level apartment in a home is not to be missed. Great view of Pikes Peak, close to all amenities, centrally located.
Downtown - 10 minutes, Airport - 15 minutes, Air Force Academy - 12 minutes.
You would never know that you are staying in the heart of the city because it feels like country living in this neighborhood. The home-stay suite, situated against the tree-lined bluffs, gives a sense of privacy and peacefully quiet, even with our family of deer who often come to visit.
Relax in these cozy and elegant surroundings, including family room, kitchenette/wet bar. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Sleeps up to 4 people. A spacious bathroom allows for more than one person to be using it.
A Private Entrance and off road parking in the circular driveway. Includes Wifi, Cable TV, Washer/Dryer and a Private Entrance.
Kitchenette has everything needed for cooking - Microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, electric frying pan, and more.
Washer/dryer use for additional fee.

House Rules: No Smoking, No Drugs, and No Animals due to severe allergies & asthma.

The kitchette was well stocked. We ate two meals a day there. We also used the laundry...excellent washer and dryer plus detergent, stain remover...everything you might need. We took a long walk each evening through very nice residential area.

This apartment oasis was absolutely perfect for our long weekend girls trip! It was quiet, clean, and cozy. The beautiful view from the couch was the perfect place for us to curl up with a book in the early morning and/or evening after a day of sight-reading. The host was thoughtful and kind, always responding to messages and leaving a whole page of restaurant/breakfast/coffee shop location ideas! We didn't cook any meals (just warmed up some leftovers one evening), but Linda had the kitchenette stocked with everything we would have needed to cook a meal if we had wanted to! Definitely recommend this lovely apartment!

Adorable stay

Great location! The owner Linda was very friendly. She had everything you could need there, plus more. Upon arrival she had a cute gift basket there waiting. Which was a nice surprise after traveling all day. The house was nicely decorated for the holiday. Close to the garden of gods.. beautiful scenery right out the window.. Would definitely stay there again.
