About this property

Spacious fully furnished home w heated pool & spa, 25 mins to Disney & Universal

Our vacation home is a large (3,500 sq ft) 5 bed property, with a heated pool and spa, located in the Remington Golf estate in Kissimmee. The property has been regularly upgraded with new flooring, and new AC unit. We recently repainted the patio, resurfaced the pool and updated the pool lights.

Our nightly price is inclusive of pool and spa heating, and use of the Weber BBQ.

The outside patio pool area is 1200 sq feet and is semi secluded with a fence on the rear and right-hand side.

The house is fully furnished throughout, 3 large bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, and two twin bedrooms with a separate bathroom. One of the Queen bedrooms is downstairs.

Upstairs there is "den" with comfortable couch and chairs, large screen TV, DVD, books and games. The kitchen and dining area is open plan, and the slider leads to the patio and pool. The dining room table seats 8 comfortably, and there is a nook with a TV and comfy chairs. The lounge includes a small dining table for 2 to 3 people, with TV. All six TVs are Internet ready with streaming services.

We use a local management company to keep the property in top condition. We have a strict no pets and no smoking policy.

Remington is a golf community just 12 miles south of MCO (Orlando) airport and very close to the Florida turnpike for easy access to downtown Orlando, the parks, or the coast.

Excellent property, very clean and spacious. We were in town for a youth sport tournament and this property was comfortable, with everything needed for the week. I would highly recommend.

Perfect Family Vacation!

This home was perfect! It had everything we needed. We were able to cook when needed. Our kids loved the pool, they spent hours just relaxing and being lazy. It is centrally located - close to everything (shopping, Disney, Universal). Can’t say enough good things! Highly recommend! Owners are flexible and very accommodating. Thanks for an amazing vacation!

The house has a great layout with plenty of space to not feel on top of each other. Great amenities, decor and a really comfortable feel. All convenient located to bounce around theme parks and the area in general. We felt comfortable right away.

We had had such a great time staying at this house. It was within a half hour of Seaworld and Disney springs. And still wasn’t too far so we could go to Daytona beach and Cocoa Beach. We also love the convenience of having a pool!!!

Great family vacation

This is a great place to stay. The house was amazing. The only down fall was the pool was cold so to the heating system they have. My son still swam either way. Other then that it was a great place.

Wonderful experience!

My family spent a month at this home and was very glad we did! The house is spacious, pool/hot tub well-maintained, and the close proximity to Publix/Aldi, Florida Turnpike, and local restaurants was appreciated. The owner is quick and willing to respond to any questions/concerns. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Absolutely Awesome

I would stay at this house again and would highly recommend it to a family. It was so nice to have a pool and hot tub just to ourselves. We had 5 adults and two children and everyone had their own room and restroom, which worked out great. The house was very clean and we had no issues with anything. We never had to get ahold of anyone for any issues. Great neighborhood and within driving distance of many Florida attractions. Thanks to the owners for a great house to stay in.

Large house

The house was very large and plenty of areas to spread out. House was one of cleanest we have stayed at. Pool was a great size and plenty of loungers. Kitchen was very well organized. Beds were good except for queen mattress upstairs which was very hard. Yard was very large and private. Busy road on other side of fence in back yard so there was some road noise during busy traffic times. Owner responded very quickly to all questions.

The perfect getaway!

This year we had a family vacation that we could finally enjoy without alternative motives. For the last few years we had been traveling with my daughters softball team. This property was the perfect getaway! It's located away from the busy area of Disney and universal studios but not to far away. There is a lake near by and plenty of places to pick up supplies or dine within minutes. The house has everything you'll need and more. The owners and property management are just a phone call away and are a big help. Thanks Reg for all your help and inside tips for the local eateries. I would recommend the property for anyone who wants to have a peaceful getaway but still in close proximity to all the large attractions. We will definitely stay here again if we travel to Central Florida again.

Making Memories!!!

Our family of 6 adults, an 11 year old and a 4 year old just returned from a week long holiday and we could not be happier with our time spent at this lovely home. Communication with the owner was wonderful... lots of extra info on the area supplied before our holiday. House was clean and LOTS of space for all of us. Each adult couple having their own ensuite was a huge plus. Pool was the perfect temperature and lots of room for all of us around the deck. For our stay we had full sun on the pool from 11 - 5 which was exactly what we wanted:) Well stocked kitchen with good quality items. Good proximity to grocery store and other shopping. The highlight of our trip was the pool time and family time at the house - and that is coming from our 11 year old daughter who thought her highlight would be her first trip to Disney. Thanks so much for sharing this beautiful property with us!

Room to spare

My family of 3, my sister-in-law and brother-in-law recently spent 10 days in this rental. We loved that we could each have our own room. Loved the layout of the house…so much space. Many areas to watch TV and relax, a huge kitchen, 3 rooms with ensuites!! The house was truly fabulous and comfortable. It’s in a great neighborhood which was a big plus. No issues with neighbors or noise we saw plenty of birds and the yard is huge and private. As for location we felt we were a bit far from the good restaurants or more ample choices as we are used to being closer to the main drag….this is just a personal preference and might not be a negative for other renters. The Publix us very close by – a 3 min drive if that and the Walmart is not far either. Reg will give you some tips on restaurants which is great but we went to our usual haunts that were further. We really enjoyed parking in the garage at night…like a little security blanket. All in all a fabulous house with all you could want and need. We spent most of our time in the pool and spa. We are particular about our pools on vacation and have been spoiled in the past which should be kept in mind when reading this review as it is based on personal preferences and experiences and only meant to be informational. The pool looks large which was one of the reason we rented the house. The main area and largest part of the pool is shallow (which is great for families with young children), the narrow part of the pool is the deep end which is about 5 feet deep or a bit over that. We really had fun and played many a game of monkey in the middle!! Just wish it would have been deeper in the larger area…again personal preference of our group. The spa was fabulous but took an hour to heat up and cooled down quickly if the jets were off….but it was great once at peak heat and we spent many hours in and out of it! The pool area is big and there were many chairs and a couple of lounge chairs we enjoyed. Lots of comfy seating and both shady and sunny areas to please everyone. LOVED the outdoor toilet – ingenious – really great perk so you could go and not worry about the house floors…. There was an issue with the pool heat that was quickly resolved by the owner and Rental Company with no issues whatsoever for the rest of our stay. I doubt you will have need of them because everything really is up to par. We had a great visit to Florida and truly enjoyed the house and would recommend it t

The owner Reg was always very prompt in answering any of our questions. I have been renting vacation homes off, and on for over 30 years in Florida, and other locations. This one did not disappoint us. I would rent this property again just for the fact of how nice the owner is. The property was very clean, and well maintained.

Highly Recommended

Reg was a great host. Even before our rental period, we received great information upfront and received quick replies to our questions. This continue throughout out stay and Reg was very accommodating with some requests we made. In terms of the villa, it is a great size. We were a family of 4 but you could easily accommodate all of an extended family and not feel cramped. We loved relaxing in the upstairs snug of an evening. The house was immaculately clean and stocked with everything we could need. The pool area was great and where we spent most of our time. The villa is also perfectly situated for both the 192 and Florida turnpike so getting around was straightforward, and restaurants, supermarkets and the airport were all close by. We felt safe in the neighbourhood and the gated entry added to this feeling. Overall I would highly recommend to others.

The property is a large corner lot, semi secluded lot. There are many golf courses in the area, and the turnpike is close by which gives easy access to downtown Orlando and the parks. Our pricing includes cleaning, the heated pool and spa and use of the BBQ (excludes VRBO fees and State Taxes).
