Beautiful, Brand New in 2020, Center Of Town With Elevator. All 5 star reviews.

New home in 2020 in the heart of Sea Isle in the middle of Fish Alley. Short 2.5 block walk to the beach. Professionally decorated with custom furniture and many upgrades. Great home for two families, sleeps 12. Three of the bedrooms have King Sized, Westin Heavenly Beds®. Bedroom 4 has two twin beds, also Westin Heavenly Beds®. Bedroom 5 has full over full bunk beds. The bonus room/6th bedroom has a full bath and has a queen sleeper with a memory foam mattress, the best sleeper sofa you will ever find! The home has 7 brand new flat-screen TV’s, one in each bedroom and a 65” in the family room, with Sonos speaker system. All TVs are smart so bring your Netflix account or other streaming services, WIFI service is provided for the entire house. Kitchen has upgraded, high-end GE appliances, an awesome, oversized island with seating for 5 and a beautiful dining area with seating for 10.

We have been renting our first home in Sea Isle, recently sold, on VRBO for 8 years with all 5-star reviews. We take pride in our home and it is well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. We provide beach chairs and eight beach tags for your use during your stay along with a beach cart. The lifeguard station, complete with bathrooms, is at the entrance point of the beach on 44th st. The back yard is fenced with an outdoor shower and gas grill. Also included with your rental are a portable crib, high chair and an extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage. The bedding show in photos is not on the beds upon arrival due to insufficient time to launder them in between guests. We do provide pillows and blankets and ask you wash the blankets before leaving.

Note: Daily/Weekly rates vary depending on the time of year and specific summer week. FAMILIES ONLY! Saturday - Saturday, week-long stays required during the peak summer season (Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend)

Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash any blankets used and return to the closet. Wash all dish towels and return to draw.
If you use the grill please clean for the next guest. All beach tags (8)must be accounted for and returned to the kitchen drawer or you will be charged for missing tags.
All check out instructions will be sent to you in a welcome letter prior to your stay. A list of instructions is also displayed on the bulletin board at the top of the stairs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Primary renter must be present during rental period and cannot sign on behalf of others.

Great location close to town, bay, beach and walking distance to restaurants, bakery, ice cream shoppe. Beach carts and chairs provided were great. Very clean Kitchen well stocked for cooking and dining All around great place!

House was beautiful and in a great location. Very easy access to the beach and close to many shops/restaurants. No trouble walking everywhere we needed to go. We had plenty of room for our family and grandparents. Good layout with separation between bedrooms and living area. The elevator was a nice bonus. The only downsides were very slow WiFi and floor cleanliness (didn't seem to get mopped after every guest).

Beautiful and comfortable!

Everything about this vacation was perfect! Being that we had to be mindful due to COVID restrictions this place was great! Clean, spacious (even for 11 adult family members!)and the beds were so comfy! Very close to several restaurants ( we did take out) and ice cream! The beach is about a 4-5 block walk. The sunset views from the deck were beautiful! The kitchen was well equipped and the elevator was a godsend!!! Beach chairs and corn hole in the backyard helped lighten the load in our cars! They thought of everything! Thanks for a great vacation! Would highly recommend!

Sea Isle zRetreat

A beautiful home. Exactly how it was described and more. I was fantastic for my family. The elevator was so helpful for us with my brother who suffers from a TBI and is blind. Plenty of parking and beach tags. The beach chairs are supplied and are quite nice. Getting in can be awkward because you need to go in the front door to open the garage. The only other thing was a place to store food. But is that really a problem. No, there are so many fantastic places to eat. Plenty of dishes, cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, etc. when of the best weeks of my life. Spent with family and friends. Thank you Peggy.

Wonderful Home - Amazing Location

Wonderful home in Sea Isle. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. The house is very conveniently located, steps to all the shops and restaurants downtown, ice cream and water ice are also just a few blocks away. My grandkids counted .... 283 steps ! The house is very well equipped for a beach home. More beach chairs than you'd could ever need, several carts to carry all of your beach goodies to the sand from the house. The beach is just a few blocks away and the restrooms are located adjacent to the beach entrance. Although the location is very close to all things downtown, we found the house to be very quiet in the evening. The elevator from the garage to the top floor makes it easy to haul all of your groceries and other items from the street level to the kitchen on the 3rd floor. When looking for a rental next time in Sea Isle, this home would be my first choice.

Fantastic Sea Isle Rental

We had a fantastic week at this lovely and well-equipped house. The owners have thought of everything you might need for your stay at the beach-from beach tags and chairs to a completely outfitted kitchen in addition to too many amenities to list. The location is great, walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. No detail was overlooked in this well-designed shore house. The owner was lovely and extremely accommodating. We can't recommend this listing enough!

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

All of the amenities of this property make you feel like you are at home - the beds are really comfortable - 3 KINGS and 2 MASTERS - perfect for 2 families. The backyard is a perfect spot to hang out and enjoy a BBQ - we enjoyed playing cornhole and the sonos system is a major bonus. Plenty of seating inside and out for a large group. highly recommend this property - will be booking this property again.

Fantastic Home and Rental Experience

Our rental experience exceeded our expectations. The home is beautiful, spacious, and well-appointed with everything you could need for the perfect family vacation. My family and two other families stayed here last week. The house is FANTASTIC! Great amenities, clean, off street parking, and a private yard. House has two full refrigerators, elevator, and Two spacious covered decks with peek-a-boo bay views. The location is key—so close to restaurants on fish alley and the beach. Fabulous property

My family has been coming to sea isle for years and this is the best place we have rented. Grandparents, parents and grandchildren had an equally wonderful experience. The house is brand new and beautiful. It is extremely well decorated with high end furniture. The house is well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The location is ideal. It is walking distance to restaurant, the beach, and bay activities, yet just far enough away from the center of town and Landis Ave. that it is quiet when it’s time to call it a night. A few of us unfortunately had to work a couple of days during the vacation and can confirm the internet is fast and reliable throughout the house. I highly recommend this rental.

Exceptional Shore Home!

My family rented this home mid August and it was exceptional! The house was perfectly located very close to restaurants and the beach. The owner did not miss a beat with the decor and all the needed amenities, from the beach chairs/tags, to the clothing line to dry wet clothes all the way to the kitchen amenities! Because the house was so well thought out, our family and friends were able to be comfortable and enjoy our stay! The major plus was the great communication with the owners and their accommodations. We would definitely recommend this home for family and friends to stay!!
