Beautiful new kitchen and lounge with all new appliances. Patio space with outdoor kitchen and BBQ. Laundry with new washer and dryer. Single carport. All in a very quiet street.

We have lived on the Gold Coast since 1984. We love the "Goldy". It's a great place to live and holiday. The temperature is perfect most of the time.

The house is brand new. Everything is still shiny.

What makes this property unique

The Gold Coast in general is a great place to holiday. So many Theme Parks, Restaurants, shopping, activities and things to do. There's always something going on. Our place is very well located. It's 150 metres to the "iconic" Talle Creek. Great for swimming and snorkelling. 500 meters to Tallebudgera beach and Surf Club. A 30 minute stroll through the National Park Headland brings you out at Burleigh Heads. One of the worlds top surfing breaks.
