This was a nice place for the price. The appliances are out dated and master bathroom is in need of cosmetic repairs/ upgrades. Short walk to the beach. Be sure to check out the turtles in the pond. Good location.

OBX

Overall the house served are family adequately. Positives: 8 minute walk to beach Hot tub Pool Decks Kitchen well equipped Negatives: Stove top barely worked. One small burner worked the other three could not heat a pan of water. The kitchen faucet was stuck in one setting. Made it challenging to use. All sinks need to be flushed/cleared. Don't drain. I would rate 3.8 on a scale of 5.
