WE DO NOT RENT TO COLLEGE STUDENTS OR HIGH SCHOOL GROUPS. IF YOU ATTEMPT TO BOOK AND STAY, YOUR GROUP WILL BE EVICTED AND NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED AS THIS IS A VIOLATION OF RENTAL AGREEMENT. If you would like to book the property and you send a booking request, please include the number of guests in your group, the age range of the group and if you are bringing any dogs and if so, how many. - The address is 647 Wave Arch, Corolla, NC and it is located in Ocean Sands, Section O (Also known as Ocean Lakes)
- 1 Minute Walk to the Beach, less than 275 feet which is perfect for families with kids and lots of stuff.
- Unlike many properties, IN OUR RATE - WE INCLUDE BED LINENS AND BATH TOWELS FOR 14 PEOPLE.
- Tennis and Pickleball Courts are available in the neighborhood, about a 3 min walk from the house.
- Access to your own private pool and hot tub/spa and access to community pool and kiddie pool (about 4-5 min walk)

- The house is on the beach block and is about a 1 minute walk to beach.
- The house is owner managed and we do not charge any additional reservation/booking fees. The Host fees cover cleaning and optional pet fee if you bring dog(s).
- The house is a Sat to Sat rental, Check in Sat at 4pm and Check out Sat at 10am.
- The house includes Linens for all Beds and Bath Towels for 14 people, including a packet of towels for the kitchen.
- The house is non-smoking.
- The pool is unable to be heated.
- The house does not have a Keurig.
- The house has wireless, high-speed internet.
- The house is 1 mile to Food Lion, 0.5 miles Harris Teeter Grocery Stores.
- The house has a wifi enabled keypad lock and an access code will be provided so not necessary to check in off site at a rental agency.
- The house has a private pool (non-heated) and hot-tub and two private outdoor showers. The pool is an in-ground gunite (concrete poured) pool and much larger than many of the newer, smaller fiberglass pools being installed. NO DIVING
- The pool deck is surrounded by large, mature pine trees to provide ample privacy.
- Pool opens beginning of May to mid May and closes in early Oct.
- The house is a very short less than one block walk to beach.
- The house has a basketball hoop in driveway, a basketball is not provided.
- The house is dog friendly and you can bring up to two dogs (with a fee), sorry no cats or other animals.
- The house is in Ocean Lakes, you have access to Tennis/Pickleball and the Ocean Lakes Pool with Kiddie Pool right across the street, less than a 4 minute walk with kids in tow.
- The house is a family rental and can only be rented by adults over 25 years of age.
- The house has a booster seat with tray attached.
- The HOA prohibits trailers or motorized vehicles (ATVs, golf carts, etc are not allowed per HOA rules).
- The dunes are quite steep in all of Ocean Sands with many dune crossover steps, just be aware in the event you have a member of your family that has mobility issues. Some crossovers are steeper than others. There are two crossovers on our street, the one on the left is not as steep.
- The house does not come with beach chairs, umbrellas or a beach cart. I suggest bringing or renting from a local firm.
- The house does not have a traditional land line phone, guests must use their own cell phones for telecommunications (This is quite typical now as phone service provided via the cable provider was unreliable) .

As you walk inside you will notice the uniquely decorated interior, appropriately accessorized with a wooden replica of a lighthouse. Inside you will discover a spacious great room, a sunny kitchen and decks with ocean views. A short walk will bring you to the crashing surf for an active time of swimming or shell-gathering. Return home for a more tranquil pace and swim in the sparkling private pool or linger for hours unwinding in the hot tub. Relax on the porch swing and on the multi-level decks. Retreat to the inside to experience the Rec Room with flat screen TV with stereo sound. A truly memorable vacation awaits the entire family at Lighthouse Point and you can bring the family dog.
