We booked this villa as a surprise holiday for our mum. We had the best time here together, a true core family memory. The whole villa comes fully equipped with everything you need, the pool is super clean, being cleaned twice a week. One night we had a BBQ in the Portuguese sun and ate outside, and it was just lovely. Plenty of parking space and only a 5 minute drive from the beach. We couldn't have picked a better place for our family holiday, would highly recommend and my mum already wants to go back!Thankyou for a great stay!

We had a great holiday staying at this villa. It’s very clean, spacious for 2 adults and 2 children and well equipped with everything. The owner is quick to respond to the queries, we stupidly locked ourselves out but the owner quickly sorted it out with the housekeeper for us. Thank you for everything!

Great home!

Wonderful home, great modern amenities. Pool was so clean. The two bedrooms are upstairs and are large and airy. Definitely having a car is helpful to get around. Need to be careful exiting the driveway onto the road. What a great place to relax after exploring the Algarve. Thanks for the memories.

Peaceful setting

We very much enjoyed our 4 day stay at Casa Adriana. We last visited the area 20 years ago and were surprized at how crowded the area around Olhos d'Agua has become. Casa Adriana offered a quiet and lovely home which was only 4-5 minutes drive from the beach, restaurants, etc. The house was well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Absolutely Perfect Central Southern Portugal Villa

My wife and I had a wonderful 30+ night stay at Casa Adriana. Beautiful villa with everything you need; Including a well stocked kitchen, and plenty of room for hosting family. The grounds and pool were well maintained. Cleaning services were made readily available. Really a fantastic location - Historical sites, beaches, restaurants and supermarkets just a short drive away. An ideal location to support our scouting trip for our next villa. The hosts were very informative and quick to response to Inquiries. Without question I would highly recommend a stay of any duration

We thoroughly enjoyed a great two weeks in this beautiful villa. It was very clean, spacious and well maintained. It was a real home from home and had absolutely everything we could have needed. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. The pool was clean and much bigger than we expected. There were lots of inflatables and pool toys. The villa is in a great location. It’s very quiet, private and peaceful and yet only a short drive away from all the tourist attractions, beaches and towns. A car is essential.

Our 2 week stay at Casa Adriana was sooo relaxing. The villa is in a quiet location with a beautiful garden and lovely pool. It has everything you need for a nice chilled out holiday. We didn't hire a car and managed easily enough to get around using uber and local taxis. The villa was sparkling clean, lovingly decorated and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. Having Brunch in the morning sun by the pool was a particular favorite. Great BBQ area which we took advantage of. The gardener comes by a couple of times a week, but doesn't disturb your relaxation time. Such a pleasant chap, we had a couple of great conversations with him. Thank you to the hosts Bodo and Kerstin for there kindness and the precise information for checking in. Quick to answer any questions you may have and are very lovely people to deal with. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would be definitely come back again!

Family of 4 (2a + 2c), 2 weeks at Casa Adriana. We've had an amazing stay. The house is spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of space for everyone. Both bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Lovely living and dining area and a spacious kitchen. Garden, a large pool and a BBQ area (although we did not use it). There is a train line nearby but the trains are infrequent and didn't bother us at all. Easy access to the motorway as well as into town. Definitely need a car to get around and sightsee, there is so much to see. Within 5 minutes drive there are several restaurants and cafes. The beach (Falesia) is max 10 minutes drive away and several more beaches are within 20 minutes. The house was very clean, and towels were plentiful. Communication with Kerstin was perfect, very quick to reply, and very easy to talk to. Check-in via lockbox is also very easy and efficient. We're already looking at coming back again, after 13 years of coming to the Algarve, this house felt like a home from home.

El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y se corresponde con las fotos.Había varias estancias cerradas y cosas del propietario que podías usar.De los 6 días que hemos estado alojados , 3 días ha venido personal de mantenimiento ( piscina, jardinería, mantenimiento) entre las 15 y las 18 horas, cosa que aunque lo entienda no me gusto mocho por los horarios.Recomiendo esta casa.

We stayed in this 2-bedroom villa for four nights with our two teenage kids. The indoor and outdoor space is perfect, with a lovely pool area and a nice BBQ. Man merkt, dass sich die Gastgeber wirklich Mühe gegeben haben, damit sich die Gäste wie zuhause fühlen.Die Sauberkeit war makellos. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Ferienhaus tadellos gepflegt – wirklich ein toller Start in den Urlaub.Besonders positiv ist uns die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern aufgefallen. Eine wirklich schöne Villa, die super gepflegt und ausgestattet ist. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt und nichts vermisst.- Bei lediglich fünf Nächten Aufenthalt hat es uns gestört, dass an drei Tagen davon Personal ins Haus kam. Für die Poolreinigung ist dies nachvollziehbar und hat auch nicht lange gedauert, aber die lautstarke und über zwei Stunden andauernde Gartenpflege (inkl. Rasenmähen) hat unsere Privatsphäre und unseren Aufenthalt gestört. Obendrein wurde uns dies nicht vor oder bei der Buchung, sondern erst kurz vor Anreise (nach Ablauf der Stornierungsfrist) und ohne Zeitangaben mitgeteilt. Wir hoffen, dass hier zukünftig anders geplant und kommuniziert wird.

Perfekter Urlaub in der Villa Casa Adriana

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur jedem empfehlen. Check In super einfach durch einen kleinen Schlüsseltresor, man hat absolut seine Ruhe, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und noch vieles mehr, der riesige Pool und der tolle Außenbereich laden zu einem tollen Tag,auch ohne Strand, ein. Dieser ist jedoch in ca. 5Minuten mit einem Auto erreicht. Die Grillecke ist auch sehr schön. Alles war sauber, Handtücher sind vorhanden, in jedem Schlafzimmer sowie im Wohn-Esszimmerbereich gibt es eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage.Frau Gauer hat immer sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und haben diese Villa Freunden und Familien empfohlen.
