This is a place you will want to return to again and again! There are Exterior Security Cameras on the premises and one interior camera in the garage. There are no interior cameras besides the garage interior. You will be able to download an app to monitor the cameras from your phone during your stay. This House has been remodeled top to bottom! This is a very unique place to make memories! We are hoping that you would like to return year after year! A Very Quiet Residential Street offering peace and privacy. Just a short drive to numerous Lake Michigan Beaches and Wineries and Downtown St Joseph!

There is a concrete riverwalk that runs the entire length of the property, including the 1/2 acre side lot. It is well lit for night time fishing and docking of boats. There is a boat launch on the property for direct access to the river. The 1/2 Acre lot enhances privacy and allow for additional camping and activities. Ask about RV Parking (Electrical and Water Hookups, No Sewer). We Are Pet Friendly!
