Stunning Cape San Blas gulf/beach front 3 bedroom/3 bath plus a bunk area. Home sits directly on dunes. Stairs from the deck lead directly to the sand of the beach!

Located on the beautiful north end of Cape San Blas one mile from St. Joe State Park. Panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, beach and coastline.

The home is beautifully decorated with an upscale furniture package. Home includes rustic European hand scraped hardwood floors , beautiful marble counter tops and marble back splash, upgraded stainless steel appliances to include a Subzero refrigerator, nugget style ice maker, and wine cooler. Beautiful custom lighting accents the home.

The home has high-end entertainment system installed. The living room and each bedroom has 4k UHD LED flat panel TVs installed. Each flat panel TV's are WiFi enabled smart TVs with Netflix Amazon, huluplus, YouTube, etc. applications installed. In addition each tv has an AppleTV installed. You download any application you desire.

In addition, the home has high speed WiFi throughout.

The gourmet open kitchen has beautiful marble counter tops with custom stain grade cabinets, hand scraped European hardwood floors, and upscale stainless steel appliances to include a subzero refrigerator, nugget ice maker, wine chiller, copper farm sink, and copper prep sink. Double islands with bar seating. A beautiful panoramic view of the beach and ocean can be seen from the kitchen, dining and living room areas.

The dining room features Restoration Hardware farm table with seating for 8. Enjoy beautiful gulf and bay views as you dine.

The Gulf front living room features a linen chaise sofa, European hand scraped hardwood floors, 4K UHD Flat Panel internet enabled television with AppleTV. The home has outstanding views in all directions.

Gulf Front Master bedroom features a beautiful king size bed, walk in closet & hand scraped European hardwood floors, Private Master Bath includes dual head shower with sprayer and Restoration Hardware double vanities with bowl sinks. 4K UHD Flat Panel internet enabled television with AppleTV. Sliding glass doors overlooking the gulf open to the deck and gorgeous beach views. Open the doors at night and listen to the waves.

Second bedroom has luxurious queen sized bed and private bath. Room decorated with coastal furnishings and hand scraped European hardwood floors. Bedroom offers Ultra-HD Flat Panel internet enabled television with AppleTV.

Third bedroom includes a king size bed & a barn wood bunk area. Bunk bed from Restoration Hardware, hand scraped European hardwood floors, and Ultra-HD Flat Panel internet enabled television with AppleTV and custom lighting. Beautiful ocean views. An attached separate bath includes free standing soaker tub, Restoration Hardware vanity with bowl sink, marble floors & barn door.

Best House on the Cape!!!!!

We can’t say enough about this property. Unbelievably gorgeous and perfect in every way. Amazing interior decoration, premium beds, luxurious linens and that back porch with the glass surround makes it perfect for relaxing with a view. Seriously, we will be booking this again. We’ve been coming to CSB for years and this is by far the best house yet.

Family vacation

We loved our stay here on the Cape. For 4 of our 7 nights there were 9 of us and the rest of the time there were 7 of us. We loved being right on the beach. The pictures were accurate and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked which was great because we cooked a lot. The owners were super responsive to my questions and were quick to help when we were having trouble with the keypad to enter the house one day. I would say the only thing we wished that was different is there is no closet in the bedroom with the bunk beds. With 5 girls staying in there and all their stuff, a closet would have been nice. But we would definitely stay here again!

This house is absolutely GORGEOUS!!! We came down for a week long vacation and booked this home. The pictures are spot on. The decor and attention to detail was top notch! They have thought of everything that you may need for your stay and more! Plenty of plush towels, dishes for your every need and a very large washer and dryer. This home offered plenty of space for our party or 8 (6 Adults and 2 Children). The house is located on a more quiet part of the Cape and that made it even more amazing! The owners are super welcoming and quickly answered any questions that I had. Out of all of the houses that we have stayed in while visiting the Cape, this is the one that the whole family enjoyed the most. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again next year!!

Amazing Get A Way

The pictures do not do this property justice. They have top of the line everything and the beds were extremely comfortable. We stayed for a week with 3 adults, 2 teenagers and one preteen. We love that the house is located on the peninsula away from the main town but close enough for us the run into town if we needed to (30 mins). There is a small market just down the road that had a lot of items if you just needed one thing. A coffee shop and a few restaurants.The house itself was amazing and was right on the beach. Our boys would get up on the morning and head straight to the beach. The owner had plenty of chairs that we could use and enough other things to keep everyone happy and busy. My only complaint was that I wish I could have stayed longer! Will definitely book again.

Place is gorgeous! Few things: though the owners were super responsive, I hated asking them questions about every little thing, so a house book explaining TV's/remotes, special care instructions, where things are/what's not supplied etc. would be nice! Also, this was the first place I've ever rented that did not supply garbage bags and can liners...I've rented a lot of houses in the Cape Cod area, the west coast and in Europe and this is the first place we had to go get trash bags! Maybe it's a Florida thing as this is my first Florida rental?!?! Overall beautiful, functional rental!

Ryan, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay at our home. We have tried to provide first class accommodations throughout our home. We also try to always be available for any questions our guests need answered. We do provide starter trash bags for each can. I am sorry that you were upset over not having trash liners for your entire stay. As far as a book goes we do not have one in the house but provide all necessary information upfront in your rental packet and agreement. That is provided upfront so you will know what to expect and what you will need to bring. That packet also has care instructions and check out procedures. I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations in those areas. We love our guests and try to exceed all expectations. Thank you for your feedback and for staying at Seas the Cape.

Absolutely wonderful!

We stayed first week of April 2018 for Spring Break. The weather was beautiful. The house was professionally decorated and stocked as advertised....first class! From the silverware to the abundant plates and cups to the nearly unlimited cable choices and the high end appliances, no detail was overlooked. Oh, and I forgot to mention the beds.....I woke up and thought I was staying at the Ritz....that good! This was our 8th visit to the Cape, and this was the best house we have stayed in. The proximity to the beach was also excellent. If there was anything I could suggest in improving, and in no means am I nitpicking, it would be an upgrade in the BBQ grill....it's getting tired. We'll be back!

We had a great week. Great location on the Cape. The house was very well furnished. Nothing has been overlooked or cut short. It was like moving into new home for a week. Every last detail made sure that we were comfortable. The cleanliness of the house was also impressive. The owners made the booking process very easy and supplied us with all the information that we needed for the week. They were also always available to answer questions, assist when needed and always responded quickly.

Simply Amazing

I can't add much that all of the others have regarding how well kept this place is. The view is unbeatable and the property is one of the best kept places I've ever stayed in. All of the appliances/furnishings are top notch and having a dedicated ice maker saved us several trips to the store. Even the beds are wonderful... to the point where my wife stated it was one of the most comfortable she has ever slept on and she now wants to see about us getting the same thing. The only thing I felt they could improve upon (which was previously stated by another person) is to provide a better grill. The one they provide is a very cheap charcoal grill that can barely stand up and should probably be trashed. Not that this is a show stopper, but if you plan to do any outdoor cooking while you stay then I would suggest bringing your own portable grill. Restaurant options on the cape are very limited so you do need to plan on having several meals at home.

Seas the Cape was incredible! The forgotten coast is one of my honey's favorite vacation areas so we spent his birthday here. This home spares no detail. Five Star Resort!
