This villa was totally renovated. The finish date was 15th December 2019. This villa has 4 bedrooms where 2 are ensuite. All bedroom and living room have air-conditioner and roof fan. The outside area has fans on the wall and there are 2 new covered areas with a glass roof. High-speed wifi (fibre), TV, kitchen island and entrance from the kitchen to the pool/sun deck area. Washing machine and safe deposit box.

The Villa is located in a nice development called Orchid Paradise Homes, which is close by the famous Black Mountain golf course in Hua Hin. Orchid Paradise Homes have a common area with a restaurant/bar, common pool area with own pool section for children and also a pool table. There is also 24 hours security on the premises.
