Beautiful fully renovated apartment ideally located between Les Minimes and the old port. You are 5 minutes walk from Gabut ferry that will allow you to enjoy the city without the inconvenience. (Noise, parking difficulties) You will be surprised by the calm of this apartment which overlooks a pedestrian street. If you have bicycles, you can also put them in the locked bike room.

 You will reside in an apartment located on the ground floor and composed of a beautiful living room (American kitchen with mobile table that can accommodate 6 people + living room)
The 2 bedrooms each have a double bed (140), a desk and a closet (shelving and wardrobe)

The corridor also has a large closet (shelving and wardrobe)
The parking space in the basement and the bicycle storage are right next to the lift.

Très satisfaits pour l'hébergement. Idéalement situé et avec place de parking en sous-sol en plus.Il est aussi très bien équipé. Toutefois,il serait judicieux, vu la chaleur, d'y ajouter un ventilateur de plafond dans le salon car il n'est pas possible d'aérer suffisamment vu la situation en rez-de-chaussée.

L'appartement, bien équipé et spacieux, est situé dans un quartier calme, à proximité du bateau "passeur", ce qui permet d'éviter la foule, nombreuse à la Rochelle. Cette ville offre une grande possibilité de sorties et visites.

Bon séjour

Appartement conforme à l'annonce avec un parking souterrain, ce qui est très appréciable à La Rochelle. Mais un souci de ménage est à déplorer à notre arrivée. Nous avons dû nettoyer les sols de toutes les pièces, jonchés de cheveux, poils de chien... dommage, surtout en période de Covid.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement est très bien situé et très sympa. La literie est parfaite. L’accueil est super. Nous y reviendrons.

Lovely flat

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, which was modern, clean, and well equipped. Lots of storage space, nice-sized rooms, perfect for a family of four with young children. The location is also great, a 5 to 10 minute walk to the old town. Please note that linen is not included so you will need to take your own duvets, sheets and towels. Cleaning is also not included in the rental price so this is something you have to do yourself before departure. (A few days before our stay we were also asked to pay an additional 100 Euros deposit - on top of the 300 Euros provided to Home Away - in case the flat wasn’t left clean. However, when we queried this it was waived.)

Confortable appartement très bien situé

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cet appartement avec nos 2 enfants en bas âge. Idéalement situé en plein coeur de La Rochelle, avec un place de parking très utile dans le quartier. Disponibilité et accueil sans faille de nos hôtes.
