This house is such a gem in Estes park. Absolutely perfect location. Close enough to the park and downtown but far enough removed from main roads. We had wild turkeys, herd of deer and giant elk just outside our door. Ample cozy blankets for us to use for couch sitting infront of the fire. We used the grill on Valentine’s Day for our steaks and it was well maintained. Would highly recommend.
Had a lovely stay with family. Property was clean, orderly, and had all of the appliances amenities needed for a weekend getaway. Would recommend to others to stay here.

Liked: Communication, location, listing accuracy
The property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed for our girls' trip. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub after a long day of hiking! There was a small mix up with check in and housekeeping, but the home owner was very apologetic and did what she could to make us comfortable.
Went to Estes park over the long Thanksgiving weekend, had a great time at this property. Location is close to town, house is very comfortable, hot tub is great!! Beds were great for catchin a few extra z's. Neighborhood was quiet, saw lots of turkeys and deer from the hot tub. Highly recommended.

Great location in Estes for downtown and Trail Ridge access.
Nice stay in quiet neighborhood. Elk kept us company feeding and resting in yard.Thank goodness for the newer air conditioning in the upper level as two days were very warm in Estes.Had initial issue getting in because of local manager poor communication and inability to reach her, but was able to contact owner who got us in promptly with code.Plenty of space for our group and beds were all very comfortable.Would definitely stay again!

Stayed for a winter weekend
Great location in Estes Park, especially if you are there for a wedding at Della Terra. We even got to see the wild turkeys each morning.House is mostly clean, but the upstairs bathroom shower has some mold on shower curtain and floor stickies. We would stay there again !
The house was wonderful! We loved everything about it. Truly the only thing is the house needs a good deep cleansing. We did try to vacuum; however, the vacuum in the home didn’t work. The home was beautifully stocked, the location is great! We had a wonderful time and would stay again.
Great location and very well stocked!! Nothing you can do about this, but the bathroom downstairs was very small. We all worked it out though. We ended up getting a foot of snow and it was so nice to have someone just show up and plow the driveway for us. Would definitely come back!!
We had extended family meet us at this vacation rental. The accommodations were comfortable and cozy, and the house was dog-friendly (downstairs) for our dogs. Since we have an older dog, the stairs were too slippery for him to manage, so the dogs stayed downstairs. Even so, this house was just what we needed!
Everything was great - clean, tidy and excellent location. We loved the wrap around porch, hot tub, and fireplace on the porch. Only complaint was the coffee pot - it requires triangular filters instead of the standard shape, and since the correct filters were not provided, we either had to make small pots of coffee or get lots of grounds in it. The coffee pot also did not have the "sneak a cup" feature that allows you to take a cup before the pot is done brewing - coffee continued to stream everywhere when I removed the pot while brewing. The kitchen was well stocked, but needs sharper cutting knives.

Beyond expectations!
The listing, in my opinion, did not do the house justice. The house was very clean and when they say stocked...they mean it. Plenty of linen, towels, cleaning products, kitchen dishes, pans and even basic needs like spices. The laundry appliances were also greatly appreciated. The hot tub was in use on a very regular basis while we were here. We had a wonderful stay and wish we didn't have to leave tomorrow. Highly recommend staying here. I can't wait to come back.

Great Place to stay
We were off to a rough start because the home wasn't cleaned. But I called and within 10 Minutes a whole crew was in and cleaned up. From there it was clear sailing. Beautiful home, beautiful location and overall a great space to hold our whole family. So cool to walk the neighborhood and see elk just roaming around. I would go back in a heart beat!
Although this place sleeps many, it was just the wife and our pups on the trip. This place felt like home immediately, and was in a great spot for some quiet time after long hikes. The river nearby played a calming soundtrack on the patio. The min-split a/c upstairs ended up coming in handy to de-humidify the place since it rained during our stay. With a/c being a luxury in these parts it wasn't taken for granted! The beds were comfy and even the TP was the good stuff 8-)
The only issue we had was when it was time to walk the pups to use a suitable area for them to do their business as the location is on tightly spaced overgrown steep terrain and the neighboring land is all private. Minor inconvenience, but rectified with a long walk or another hike. We would absolutely stay there again!

The house was nice but old. Downstairs rooms where to dark even with the lights on. The bathrooms are very slippery and you can get hurt. There is nothing to hold on to while taking a shower and I nearly twisted my back. The deck needs work because it's old and they should really clean the grill up. It was very dirty. The fans they have are very dirty and need cleaning. You cannot open the windows to get fresh air. Sound bar on the upstairs TV did not work and had to use the TV speakers.

Good but not great
House was as described but lacked attention to details. It is smaller than described. Conveniently located .8 miles from downtown. Do not stay here with small children. Cords for tv and electrical a mess and floors/rugs were very dirty. Fire occupancy on the wall says limit of 6 people but they have beds for 8-10.
Well located. Short walk to the village. Shopping, sights, restaurants, elk herds all are close by. Premises neat and orderly. We enjoyed the amenities, hot tub and fire pit. Elk could be heard in early morning hours. Close to RMNP. Quiet neighbors. East to walk about.
