We stayed here for one night and it was a perfect fit for our family of 2 kids and 2 adults. Check in was easy, with instructions provided for after hours arrival. This location is very walkable to town and restaurants.

Nice getaway

Very nice town. The lighthouse was a beautiful walk and the clearest water we have seen in a very long time. Comfortable bed and loved the little kitchen access!

Great location for a quick getaway

I was looking for a location that would allow dogs for my wife's birthday. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants in Chalavoix. And less than a 20 minute drive to Boyne or Petosky. We will probably stay here again in the future.

Perfect location, great sized condo for two.

The condo was great, perfect location in Charlevoix, walking distance to several wonderful restaurants and shops! The shower is a bit small and the doors between the bathroom and bedroom are a bit awkward. We loved the screened porch! Overall it was a great place to stay, we would come back for a return visit!

Conveniently located

Great walking distance from the downtown area. The room was clean. It is more like a hotel set up but the rooms are large with a separate living space. The street noice was loud so it wasn’t enjoyable to sit outside in the attached screened in porch but we honestly did not have time to do so anyway. We were there for a wedding at Castle Farms which was only 10 minutes away.

Last minute trip to get away before school starts. The condo was perfect, clean and all we needed for the perfect weekend getaway. Very easy check-in and access with codes. We couldn’t ask for a better location. Short walking distance down the beautiful channel to Lake Michigan beach, right across the bridge fro all the shops, and restaurants. The condo complex is old but you can’t beat the location with great parking. Our condo was on the 1st floor, very nicely remodeled: shower, living area, ac and king-size bed were perfect. The mini-frig and mini kitchen was all we needed since we were out most of the day/evening. The teens stayed on the sofa bed and didn’t have any complaints. The screened in patio was great in the evenings to sit and relax before bed. We didn’t use the pool with the beautiful Lake Michigan and Lake Charlevoix on each side. Definitely will come back again.

Starting with Heather at the front desk, not only is she friendly & helpful, she is good at many things. Our unit was a good size, clean & nicely stocked. A couple of notes - please add more hangers in the bedroom closet & the wall clock needs a new battery. Other than that, we would highly recommend this property. We hope to return next year.

Reviewer Comments: We were not aware that there would be so much road noise...had to run the A/C much of the time to sleep, and during the day as we could not open the windows/slider due to noise. The fan in the toilet area might need attention..extremely loud. The door was difficult to open each time...almost had to lean in with our body weight to unstick the door. We enjoyed the cleanliness.
