Amazing location with wonderful host

The townhouse was absolutely awesome! We stayed for several days to support a family member who was receiving care at the hospital and appreciated being so close to everything. Carrie was beyond supportive and fantastic with ensuring we were all set, and she went above and beyond as a host. I highly recommend this property.

Fall break

First experience up north, we enjoyed the location we called home for the stay. We loved it so much we plan on a northerner vacation again. The condo was clean and we appreciated the kitchen. It was a beautiful home away from home!

Great location to be able to walk anywhere in town, shops, restaurants. Enjoyed the Thanksgiving parade and Christmas tree lighting ceremony downtown. Unit was clean and very comfortable.

Had everything that you could think of to stock a kitchen with. Super convenient to walk to downtown. Beds were super comfortable . Would definitely rent from again.

Great Location

This property was immaculately clean! It has first floor living for those that need. Also it would be great for two families vacationing together as the upstairs offers a complete separate living space including its own washer and dryer!

PERFECT GETAWAY IN CHARLEVOIX

My sister, niece, and I were thrilled with this condo. Loved everything from the decor to the location. Very quiet area and parking right next to the condo. Just over the bridge and down the road from the Weathervane. We parked our car and never drove again during our stay as all of the shopping and restaurants were within walking distance.

Everything was great! Only improvement I’d say is Queen instead of double in 3rd room. Air conditioner a little confusing on second floor but had figured out by second night lol

Perfect Location!

Came in for a wedding at Castle Farms. This condo was in a perfect location. Walking distance to the light house, beach, shops, etc. The condo is set up great with plenty of space. The host has thought of everything. They included a cute welcome gift too which was a very pleasant surprise. I can’t recommend this condo enough.

Location, Location, Location

Could not have been happier with the location of this property. We were able to walk everywhere (breakfast, beach, dinner, etc.) which was great with two young children. It is right by the drawbridge which was a huge hit with my 3 year old. We did have two complaints - first, the floors were absolutely disgusting - sticky and dirty - shortly after arriving i looked at the bottom of my feet and they were black. We have infant who is crawling so obviously this was a huge issue. Luckily we found a Swiffer and were able to clean them but definitely disappointing given the cost of the unit and the cleaning fee we paid. Secondly, the temperature upstairs was very difficult to control. We would set the thermostat to 74 but it would get much much colder (our monitor was reading 63) up there and that is where our children stayed. All in all a great unit, in a wonderful location.

I am extremely sorry the floors were dirty. That is not up to our standards and am sorry you had to clean them yourself. I would have come and cleaned them as cleanliness is my highest priority! We will address this immediately.
