Great Stay

Our visit was brief, but the house and location were very accommodating. It was nice to be in a location where you can easily pick up a few groceries, fill the gas tank, or get on the highway to go to the Penn stadium or into town. Restaurants weren’t far away. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful townhouse in a quiet subdivision

This is a nearly new townhouse with a lots of space for a family stay. The neighborhood is good for walks and a tot lot and basketball court are nearby. The kitchen is well equipped with a back deck just off the kitchen for fresh air.

Awesome little townhouse

We booked this place for a long weekend fly fishing trip and it was awesome! It is centrally located for a lot of fantastic fishing streams along with quick access to PSU amenities. Provided the space for us to hang out and enjoy our time together with just enough outdoor/utility space to make an outdoorsman's trip feasible. Comfortable and spacious with great areas to hang out.

We were very pleased that the home and decor/furnishings were as expected based on the VRBO listing. Easy to find, easy to get in, and easy to check out. We enjoyed the ability to relax there when we weren’t out with our college student. We only had one very minor issue come up and the guest contact was good about responding quickly. Will look for other opportunities to stay here!

Nice, clean, & comfortable

We came up to visit & tour Penn State with my daughter who is considering going there. We really enjoyed our trip. This townhouse was in a great location, just about 10 minutes or less from everywhere we went. It was very clean & comfortable. Perfect for what we needed. The Dunkin Donuts right down the street was great for early morning coffee/breakfast runs. I would definitely stay here again if my daughter decides to go to PSU & we come up to visit or go to any sporting events.

Overall a great place

The place is extremely clean! The master bedroom has an awesome mattress if you like a firm mattress. The check in was so simple. Same with checkout. Since we were coming for different states, we had 3 cars. We thought we would have to park it elsewhere, however 3 mid sized cars can fit in the driveway if parked very close. Two improvements which could be made is replace the mattress in the second queen room. It’s very uncomfortable and you sink into it. The second thing is to put lamps in the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms. Having the ceiling light on is overkill. And if you are not good with steps, this townhouse has a lot of them.
