This condo has new stainless steel appliances and a fully supplied kitchen with spices, crock pot, all minor and major appliances. You will have your own washer and dryer in the condo.

Ocean front balcony, heated pool and swim up bar, conv story, gym, tennis court.

We supply extras like beach chairs, a safe, games, cards, puzzles and much more. This condo has a water filtration so no bottled water needed. This condo NO longer provides beach towels due to constant replacement. The Resort has a Gym, tennis court, rest, bar, swim up bar and this condo looks right out over the beach and ocean.

Perfect weekend getaway

Cristi”s place was perfect for my wife, son and myself. It was clean, air conditioned and the balcony overlooked the pool area and ocean. Changos, Diego’s Tiki bar and Wrecked at the Reef are all a short drive away. This place has everything you need. We Will definitely stay here again!!

Loved how close it was to the beach and on the second floor made it easy to get to and from the pool area. One of the pools was heated which was very nice. The condo had everything we needed. Really enjoyed the patio area. Condo was very clean and stocked with all essentials and always a plus to have a washer/dryer.

Location is great! It was nice to not always have to use the elevator. It’s decorated very cute, and has everything you need. The bed was comfortable, however, the couch not so much. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I really loved the place. The place was clean, cozy, and the resort was really nice too. We loved the pool and the close proximity from the room to the beach was a plus. Any more than two guest could make the place feel cramped. We would most definitely stay again. A+++

Our stay was awesome, can't believe that we had to leave, accommodations were beautiful and well kept. Sonoran Sun well maintained and right on the beach. Looking at my calendar right now to see when we can go back!

Beautiful room and great size for the three of us! Only suggestion is the owner needs to update front desk on pull out couch available since they were trying to make us get another condo since it wasn't listed as a 3+ unit!

Thank you Chere for the review. Your VRBO reservation was for 2 people not 3. The front desk only allows what you make the reservation for thru the VRBO system and what I tell them to expect at arrival. Had you made the reservation for 3 adults you would have paid me $20 more a night at booking. If you were 2 adults then you could have had up to 3 kids under 13 for the price you paid. The front desk does know my condo sleeps 2 adults and 3 kids under 13, but I think you might have shown up with 3 adults? Sorry for the confusion at check in. I hope walking into the condo made up for the check in process:)

I own a couple 2 bedrooms and this 1 bedroom condo at the Sonoran Sun. Also a couple of pet friendly houses in Rocky Point.

Why they chose this property

This condo sleeps 3 people with a king, and twin roll away. I also keep my owners closet open for guests to use and it has beach towels and beach chairs plus a safe:) Great balcony furniture overlooking the pool, beach and ocean. I also have extras like Netflix, keyless entry ( so no keys needed) and my own housekeeper that knows to bleach bedding regularly. I have replaced all comforter with Euro style bedding so no dirty comforters on your bed. Water filtration system so no bottled water required.
