House location is excellent. Only a few houses to the beach. The bathroom inside the house does not have a shower, only a claw foot tub. Only shower is outdoors and there is no light so plan accordingly. Washer and dryer is shared and in the adjacent house basement which they lock every night after 8pm and open in morning. Kitchen was well equipped with the necessary equipment. Bring extra blankets, the ones in house are flimsy. No off street parking, driveway is for front house.

Loved the beach house, had everything we needed!!! The proximity to the beach & Lavallette boardwalk was great!!! Got to see some amazing sunrises & sunsets!!! Very close to shops & restaurants! Love the new parks on the bay!!! I can’t wait to come back!!!

Grew up spending my summers in Lavallette. i absolutely love the area! The Lavallette community is very friendly and inviting and the beaches are beautiful. i made so many great memories and am looking to rent the back cottage for you and your families to create memories of your own

What makes this property unique

We are located on the beach block, only 5 houses to the top of the beach. Prime location. Its very easy and convenient for families to come and go to the beach as needed since the house is so close!
