Our custom built Hideaway is in a beautiful peaceful mountain location yet only a 5 minute walk to the main town of Katoomba and with access to the major attractions of the Scenic Skyway and Three Sisters.
At Riley’s Retreats, all of our beautiful accommodation options are thoughtfully located within close proximity of each other
- ideal for families, groups, or organisations planning a special gathering. Riley’s Cottage, and the Studio Hideaway are all nestled together, making them a perfect choice for family occasions, celebrations, or group events. Together, these three properties can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests.
For larger groups, Riley’s Ada House - just a short five-minute drive away - offers additional space for up to 6 more guests, allowing everyone to stay nearby and enjoy the occasion together.

Cosy and very comfortable cabin facing Blue Mountains bush and surrounded by bird life. Our family of 4, with our 2 daughters sleeping up in the mezzanine, had a blissful 3 nights in the cabin. The accommodation is well equipped with essentials, we were nice and warm in the evenings with the oil heaters and we loved the creative and unique touches around the cabin, it has such a lovely feel and personality. Check in was a breeze. Walking distance to Katoomba shops and restaurants but in a peaceful and quiet residential pocket. We would love to stay again!

Loved the Cabin..Plenty of space & everything you need. The fireplace was very good, kept us nice and warm. Lovely little sitting place out on the Verandah to watch the sun go down with a drink.. Comfortable beds.. Would stay again for sure.

Such a beautiful, warm and cosy cabin. The weather was terrible but it was so nice to just sit in front of the fire and gaze out the window down in to the valley. Every need is catered for and it is such a cleverly designed eclectic cabin. The mountains have so much to offer and this cabin is a great choice. We’ll stay again. Thanks

Amazing & quiet getway

The cabin was nestled next to a very peaceful valley with plenty of bird song. We enjoyed our getway away from the sound of traffic. Nice and close to the shops as well. Very well stocked with plenty of kitchen utensils and firewood.
